I placed an order with this supplier and they tried to steal money from me by claiming there were taxes that did not exist on my order. I then tried to understand the mistake kindly and continued to communicate with goodwill and politeness. In return, I was faced with a customer service team that was rude and insulting. They eventually refunded me some of it , but only after I insisted repeatedly. A few weeks later, I even received a threatening message from them because I had left a negative review about my experience. This is a supplier to avoid! They are thieves and I really do not know under what conditions they are working to treat their customers this way, but they are clearly in need of psychological help, because this kind of behaviour is absolutely not normal.

I placed a jewellery order with this supplier for a value of 200 euros. After confirming my order, I received an order confirmation showing 30 euros in shipping fees. I then decided to cancel my order, thinking it would be more reasonable to place it the following month instead. I also clearly explained to this person that the issue was not the amount itself, but the principle behind it, and that if every supplier acted in such a dishonest way, all these “small” amounts added up would eventually create real problems for a company’s cash flow.

The supplier agreed to issue a refund, but they were very reluctant to refund the shipping fees. After a long discussion, the person in charge of my case finally refunded only 21 out of the 30 euros, claiming the difference was due to PayPal fees. This same person then allowed themselves to insult me, simply because I was trying to understand their logic and get a clear explanation.

I strongly advise against working with this supplier, given their lack of professionalism and their immature way of handling customer requests.

This is without question the worst supplier experience I have ever encountered in years of professional trade.

We received a shipment that was not just below standard – it was an outright disgrace. Over 40% of the items were completely unusable, including heavily stained, damaged, and wrong products that clearly never belonged in the promised category. What makes this worse is the systematic nature of the misrepresentation: this was not a mistake – this was fraud, plain and simple.

After repeated attempts to resolve the issue in good faith, we were met with complete silence. No response. No explanation. No accountability. The company ignored all deadlines, disregarded their own commitments, and refused any form of constructive dialogue.

We have now been forced to take legal action and will pursue every available avenue to hold this company accountable. A formal complaint has been prepared and may be submitted to commercial oversight authorities in both Germany and Italy. We are also considering reporting the case to international fraud databases and trade blacklist registries.

Do not do business with this supplier.
Their conduct is deceptive, their customer service is non-existent, and their handling of disputes is a legal and ethical disaster. This is not just a warning – it’s a clear call for others to protect themselves from massive financial and reputational damage.

Absolutely shameful. Zero stars if I could.

Primo ordine ok, secondo ordine più della metà degli articoli di cose a caso che non rientrano in quello che avevo ordinato. Mi viene detto che mi mandano un altra box, mi stanno ghostando. State attenti non fate ordini troppo grossi così evitate di rimetterci troppi soldi

2nd – 2K€, got wrecked.
Paid for Grade A, got like 80% B/C junk.
Now dude’s ghosting me. No replies.
Think they baited me w/ 1st order to scam big on the 2nd.
Avoid at all costs.

1st deal went smoothly. For the 2nd deal, i buy for 5K and he send me B/C grade, which was supposed to be Grade A. I pointed it out to him, but now he’s not responding…

1st deal perfect. 2nd deal he send me 7k more than b/c levis stock which should have grade A. I tell him, but now No more answer…

Não encomende!! fiz uma compra de 25 peças carhart e a maioria não dava para vestir nem para vender. Diziam ser grade A com apenas 10% de grau B mas são na sua maioria roupas para o lixo.
Devolvi a encomenda pois garantiram que devolviam o valor e fiquei sem a encomenda e sem o dinheiro. Isto é um ROUBO!

Please read this before you order from this company.

As a new shop/reseller, we were quite excited with this supplier.

They’re based in Ercolano, Naples - perhaps one of the best places for vintage goods in Europe. This region is super well known for its various suppliers and the high quality items that can be found.
This, among other things (like the promise made on Gosh Rags’/Hustler Rag’s website regarding their grade A high quality pieces) is what encouraged us to buy from them.

We’ve ordered a y2k mix as well as a cap bundle.

The y2k was poorly packaged - they’ve clearly just thrown random items in the box, including fast fashion items (Primark, Yamamay, One, Bershka, amongst others) while not worrying about packaging at all. The pieces were all mashed up into a big ball of clothing. Some of the items were damaged (holes, rips, permanent stains) and even had footprint marks on them. There was also random “dirt” mixed within the clothes. Some of the pieces aren’t even sellable (a total of 15 pieces in a bundle of 98 items) - I’ll just donate them for fabric. There was even a pair of shorts which we concluded, after some googling, were originally from a hotel’s uniform in Brazil.
None of the promised brands were in the mix.

The cap bundle was also a big deception - there were 135 units in the bundle (they’ve promised between 130 to 150 units) however most of them are pure trash.
Fast fashion brands, ripped materials, completely bent caps… Should I carry on?

We’ve read a lot of reviews in the meantime of unhappy resellers who tried to contact the company and were blocked on Instagram and WhatsApp before ever getting a refund on their orders.

We’re not here to fight, just to inform.

Do not buy from them.

There’s other Italian suppliers with much much MUCH higher quality.

Unfortunately we trusted them to be genuine and legitimate when ordering, and just now realised how bad they are.
They haven’t even finished their website - just scroll through the sections and you’ll find stuff written in a random language, which means they haven’t even bothered to change the layout of their “high quality” website.

They say “boycott fast-fashion” and we say “boycott them, they suck”.

Try Italian Vintage Wholesale or Vintage Wholesale Spain (between others).

Please be careful. Trial and error is part of any business’ journey, but at least now you now better.

I ordered 22.5kg of Japanese clothing, not a single thing had anything to do with any of the brands we were supposed to get, we bought at a price of 10€ per item, the items may be worth 2€ per item, they’re stained, damaged and unwearable, please never order.
