Did not receive an email to inform me that a £500 item ordered on line was available for collection in store.

Rang customer service to query when item would be delivered to store and informed that item had been available in store ready for collection for one week and that the store would return item if not collected within 2 weeks of its arrival in the store, we were away on holiday so a possibility of not being able to collect purchase within this timeframe.

Went into store to collect item, the assistant wrote the order number down on his hand, (not a professional way of doing things)and went looking for the order. Store assistant totally uninterested when asked about receipt for item.
Did not receive a receipt or a confirmation email that order had been collected.

In my opinion a totally unprofessional way of managing orders and the collection process

I ordered, through click and collect, a cool box and 2 packs of ice blocks. They were out of stock of the cool box but carried on with the rest of the order without the option of cancelling the full order.

The on-line system needs to keep better tracking of stock levels and there should be an option of cancelling the full order.

I am motivated to write a review on the helpful, polite, friendly and professional staff at Go Outdoors. I have had particularly good service from Charlotte who has gone out of her way to assist me on several occasions, nothing seeming too much trouble. The reason I’ve given four stars not five is I have been disappointed with the shop supervisor who came to advise on a delayed refund. I felt his customer service skills somewhat lacking.
***In response to the reply from Go Outdoors thanking me for my four star review… Clearly they have ignored the fact I was dissatisfied with the supervisors attitude and lack of customer service skills. Humans or AI.?

Great service, and helpful staff. Soleen assisted me with a returned order and didn't rush me even though the queue at the till was building. This is my local GO Outdoors store and would recommend to others.

I was made up the fact that I could order membership, and automatically the discount was without receiving my membership card yet. Happy the items online and there were all available for the AM next day for collection. All staff that I’ve encountered in the Warrington store have been really helpful and friendly.

Liv was absolutely fantastic, had a massive click and collect which she helped us with before going above and beyond to help us get our last bits and bobs ready for creamfields. Excellent customer service, genuine help in our time of need and a lovely person in general.

I recently purchased the Eurohike Sendero Air 4, but decided days later to upgrade to the larger Sendero Air 6.

I visited the store to process a return and spoke to a lovely, incredibly helpful employee named Charlotte.
Unfortunately, I had misplaced my GO Outdoors membership card, which made locating my order a bit challenging.

Charlotte told me not to worry and took full ownership of the situation. She noted my details and order information, promising to keep me updated.

Later that day, true to her word, Charlotte called to let me know that she and her manager had located my order. She invited me back to the store at my convenience and even left notes for her colleagues just in case her shift ended before I returned.

When I went back in, Charlotte was at the desk, allowing me to complete the refund smoothly and thank her in person.

Charlotte showed fantastic initiative, kept me informed every step of the way, and delivered exemplary customer service. Thank you, Charlotte!

Item was available for collection the next day well before the stated pick up time.

We came and purchased a tent last week, coming back a few days later to purchase a car roof box, while looking at them we noticed an offer for money off with the tent we had purchased, we asked if we could possibly still get the offer with only buying the tent a few days ago, Chris the gent we spoke to, made enquiries, explained everything we needed and helped make it possible and Sue put it all through, both making sure we got the best deal. Both were really helpful, friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

Served by Becca, 2 minutes to closing time and I asked for a discount on some shop-soiled boots. Hugely helpful and accommodating despite me being a demanding customer, lovely service which is a rare thing- i’ll be back!

The selection of coats that I was looking for plus the price advantage of being a member. Sue was also very helpful and efficient.

I had a great experience from start to finish but unfortunately I had to send my item back .for a refund but a great experience as always thank you.

The lady on the till was so smiley with the family front all grown adults, but with us she did smile at all and she was very dismissive
