I needed a good pair of walking shoes…
I needed a good pair of walking shoes for a charity walk ,Rick was really helpful & helped me choose , he was very patient with me as I tried on quite a few ! Found a perfect pair and a good price with the members discount, I’ve done quite a few miles in them in preparation for the charity walk , so far so good as they are very comfortable & no blisters , thank you Rick !

Staff on the shop floor were great, really helpful, but waiting times at the till were very long considering how quiet the shop was at the time. Not a major issue though.

We came needing guidance for what would be most suitable for my daughter when taking part in 10 Tors challenge. We were helped by Tyler who was patient and informative. We were able to get the items she needed at a reasonable cost. Great service and we won’t hesitate coming back.
