GO Outdoors - Torquay Omdömen

Came away with exactly what I needed, a new pair of approach shoes as my current pair had been worn to the bone. Really helpful guy, Jamie, in the shoe department got me everything I needed and also arranged for my old shoes to be disposed of. Got a great price thanks to Leon on the tills who was not only super friendly but helped me get an extra discount as I am a veteran and I am pretty damn happy walking my pup with dry, warm and comfortable feet. Thanks loads gents for your excellent service!! You made my day

Great service from Leon in the Torquay store. Bought gloves and a few other bits. Would recommend this store all quality items.

I went in today in a panic as we were experiencing a power cut, and my octogenarian father had been stuck in a chair all night. Ellison helped me get a power bank, some emergency lights, and took the time to explain everything to me so I could charge the bank on the way home. Would definitely shop there again, superhero service.

Great store, great service from Lewis and such a vast selection of outdoor wear.

Leon was helpful, courteous, chatty and very funny, made the experience worthwhile

Fabulous range of clothing and equipment and lovely, spacious store to browse and choose in comfort.

I was looking for some new walking shoes with a sturdy sole that would last, as I tend to wear out the soles rather quickly. I spoke to Ed who was very knowledgeable when I informed him of my needs. After trying 3 different pairs I decided to go with the Merrell moab speed 2 gtx as these were the most comfortable 👌

Went into the Torquay branch to get my so a coat. Got to the till and the man serving us (Leon) was nice bubby and added a student discount on as my son was in school uniform. Didn't have to do it but a nice touch.

Found a camping stove at an excellent price - great value. Leon at the cash register was super helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

A nicely laid out store easy to find what you need well merchandised. Customer service was outstanding and very welcoming Leon was very helpful and cheerful . Would def recommend the store great prices too

I was trying to find some boots and was assisted by Jaime who was really informative about hiking boots.
I tried several pairs on in different sizes and nothing was too much for Jaime.
The help I received was excellent and I left the store really happy with my purchase.
I will recommend this store to my family and friends as the staff here are clearly trained to a very high standard in customer service which is really important.

Bought some new walking shoes and I must say the range was very good. Bought Scarpa in the end, very pleased with the choice. Rick who served me was great, very knowledgable and patient as I tried on quite a few.

Absolutely love Go OUTDOORS opening in Torquay, I always used the Exeter branch before. I cannot praise the staff at the store more highly, they are always friendly and more than happy to help. Leon gets a big shout out from me, his knowledge and friendliness is second to none, the guy loves his job and loves to help. His knowledge of the products is incredible, he's never given the hard sell and is as calm as a cucumber. Well done Torquay Go OutDoors, all of you are a credit to your company ;)
