GO Outdoors - Tamworth Omdömen

Served by ruby today. She was very helpful and friendly thank you

Customer service was great. The staff were very helpful when I was trying on items and Ruby especially was helpful when checking out.

I needed some new bits and pieces, waterproof jacket and walking boots. Matt was extremely helpful when it came to choosing a pair of walking boots. Good knowledge and suggestions based on my habits, foot size and shape. Very good experience and would recommend this store based on the help and professionalism.

Great purchase lovely friendly service from Ruby

We found everything we wanted in store and Ruby who served us was very helpful and personable

Very helpful staff especially Matthew

We came in knowing what boot performance we needed for my wife. Matt was excellent in his guidance, factual information and 'un- pushiness' in his approach. We came out with the exact solution. Very helpful guy.

Really helpful staff, & friendly atmosphere all round. Matt in particular was attentive & courteous, & although it was his first week, he seemed to have settled in quickly. Very positive experience, & highly recommended store for all outdoor needs!

Matt was really helpful- saved us money and effort. Thank you!

Jess H, was very helpful when advising me on purchasing my first pair of walking boots , it’s all about the socks.

I was served by Annie and Joe.. They gave me helpful information on what product to use to wash and reproof my down jacket and walking trousers..Annie has also served me in the past and always has a warm friendly smile..my daughter would learn alot from her ha ha...

Annie was helpful and a very nice person. The membership cost £5 but saved me £15. The st9re is clean well aranges and prices are clearly displayed.

Excellent service from Matt in choosing a pair of walking shoes. Knowledgeable and helpful in helping me to select from options available.

Store was well stocked, I wasn’t bothered once whilst shopping but plenty of people there to ask if needed. Very friendly till staff and Annie was friendly when I last minute asked to add a discount just before paying

Very helpful assistant Jess H who was very knowledgeable and helped me purchase my items today.
Top rate service.

Jess was superb. Went for new walking boots. She had loads of knowledge on sizing, waterproof boots and how good they are. She was so helpful and patient. Would definitely recommend

I was served by Annie on a number of occasions when visiting the Tamworth branch, she is always extremely polite, helpful and professional. Making my experience positive.

This branch is always clean, tidy and well organised I often see members of staff making sure stock is in the correct place as well as being presentable. The stock level is usually substantial considering it’s a much smaller shop than some others.
I think other branch’s should take on board what the staff do at Tamworth to help improve some of the other stores.

I’ve used Go outdoors numerous times and have always found it pleasure with helpful polite staff. Jess H was so polite and helpful. A credit to the company. Thank you Jess

Jess H served us and was really helpful with teenage boy not wanting to be shopping for walking shoes! Other staff in store also good with recommending gear for school trip. Membership deal saved us a good chunk of money too. Recommended!

I visited Go Outdoors recently to find a pair of hiking boots for an upcoming trip to the Andes, and I had such a positive experience thanks to Courtney.

She was incredibly knowledgeable about the different brands and took the time to understand exactly what I needed and the kind of terrain I’d be hiking in. Her advice was thoughtful and practical, and she explained the differences between options clearly without any pressure.

What really stood out was how genuinely helpful and invested she was in making sure I left with the right pair, not just any pair. It made the whole experience easy and enjoyable.

Courtney is an absolute credit to the store, and because of her, I’ll definitely be returning to Go Outdoors in the future.
