Shopping with young people with Special Educational Needs can sometimes be challenging, but on this occasion Ceri ticked every box. She greeted the twins as we are regular customers & they were pleased she was going to help us.
Riding boots - there are very many shapes, sizes & lengths! Ceri patiently navigated her way through this talking to the girls throughout & explaining everything to them as she went along. She assisted them with the trying on process & guided them with checking everything was the right fit.
Following eventual choices, at the counter Ceri made sure that all the relevant reductions were in place with the GO Outdoors card & student discount, making the whole experience very user friendly & pleasurable, thank you Ceri 😊

Had a great experience and found everything we needed. Rob was very helpful kitting out my son for his first D of E expedition. We will definitely be back!

Came in to buy my daughter’s first pair of climbing shoes yesterday and found a good range of styles and prices . Was served by Rob with a smile and a great sense of humour . Left the shop happy

I took back some boots that had split and were less than 12 months old, swapped them with no problems.
Rob who served me was very helpful and friendly.

Its ideally placed in Swindon for me because my son only lives 5 mins away. So when im over my sons i can pop into go outdoors. The staff were helpful. The only reason i gave four stars is because the rab jackets i brought were ment to have bags to fold them into

I went in for walking socks thinking it would be a quick grab and go job….what I hadn’t accounted for was the huge selection and different choices!
Darren talked me through the options and helped me to choose the correct pair for my needs. He also gave me advice on how to best secure my boots to reduce the ankle pressure I’d experienced on my latest walk.
We then moved onto walking poles, which to be honest I wasn’t going to bother with….i’m sold! I didn’t purchase a pair during that visit but will return at the weekend to pick these up.

The staff at Swindon were really helpful. Darren was very informative on the camping item I needed this took the stress out of the situation, was very professional and kind, even helped with my flat phone battery as I needed to retrieve some details from my mobile. I’d be glad to shop there again.

We took our neurodiverse granddaughter to the Naylor's equestrian department in Go Outdoors to buy a new riding helmet. I was a bit apprehensive about the correct fit etc, but Julie was amazing. She was very knowledgeable (having a horse of her own) and put my mind at ease straight
away. She took the time to make sure we got the right fit which is obviously so important. Julie was so kind and patient with our granddaughter too, which makes such a difference. I would definitely go back to her if we need any more equestrian goods. Thank you so much Julie

Visited store to purchase a riding helmet for our daughter.

Julie was great with our daughter trying on many different riding helmets until we found the correct sized one.

Amelia was also involved in the sales side of things and applied some discount due to an issue with an item we were also returning.

I went in to get a pair of walking boots, Adam H was very helpful to me in choosing a pair of boots

I went into the store intending to buy a small tent. Poppy was the 1st to greet me from the checkout with a big smile. After I purchased my items, Poppy again thanked me for visiting the store and wished me a nice day! She's a credit to the store.

Went in for some DofE kit. I spoke with 4 employees over the course of my visit, all of whom where really helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Rob helped me to find everything I was looking for, and Jordana helped me to get the best possible prices. Excellent service, would come again in a heartbeat.

We visited the swindon store today and was helped by Adam.
My wife is treking mont Blanc later on this year, and Adam took time to go through our list and provided great advice and helped me choose the right equipment for the job. Great service and super knowledgeable.

I had a great experience in the store when I came in. Served by a lovely girl by the name of Poppy and she had a smile on her face the whole time whilst serving me and was really chatty and engaging. I will definitely be coming back for this great service again.
