I was using this store to drop off an Evri parcel. I was told the size of the box I had used was too big and they could not accept it. The staff who served me were Emma and Max, they found me a suitably sized box and helped me repackage my item. They were extremely helpful, I was very grateful for their kindness. Excellent staff

Visited the Llansamlet Swansea store last weekend to stock up on some winter gear. Plenty of choice with good bargains to be had. Nicole on the checkout was very friendly and polite whilst sorting out renewing my membership and an awkward security tag that didn’t want to be removed.

I recently got served at the checkout by a very pleasant young lady named Ella who went above and beyond to help me with my purchase. So many youngsters are given a terrible name these days for being lazy and rude so it was a delight to see the total opposite. Well done and keep it up.

I don’t visit Go Outdoors very often as I find that the products I buy are made to last.
Today I went in looking for a pair of walking shoes in the Swansea store as I am going to be walking a lot in NYC in a couple of weeks, so was looking for a sturdy, comfortable & stylish shoe. I was met by Tim and explained what was looking for, he was so very helpful without be pushy, nothing was to much trouble and he went out of his way to discuss the products and was only to happy to visit the stockroom to check sizes.
I left the store a very happy customer and grateful for all the help from Tim.

Absolute joke , after ordering 2 fishing rods from the Swansea store on the 10th November and being advised they will be delivered in 5 working days I waited patiently, as no email or contact I decided to call the Swansea store only to be told “ we cannot tell you why , but your order has been cancelled on the 10th November “ but uncanny the money it cost me was still taken from my account on the 11th November. The Swansea store with no explanation advised me to contact customer services which I did and spoke to Denisa who was great but still stated the Swansea store should have sorted this out.
The reason for this negative post is that it’s my son’s birthday on the 15th November and these were supposed to be for this celebration, only for me now to tell him he’s not going to be getting them.
An absolute disgrace!!!
