Person serving me was polite and made my order quickly and efficiently. Item only available in store but not in stock so had to be ordered. Why use Evri as a courier? Box arrived battered but item inside was intact.

Great service, bagged a bargain too!
David was very attentive, patient & advised in a friendly but informative manner, helping me make the right choice (&get a bargain too) in my walking boots. He also made sure our members card was up to date so we only paid the members price.

David and Izzy were both really helpful- informing me of my options as the item I wanted wasn’t available in store in the right size and then ordering if for me with free home delivery - if they hadn’t have pro actively told me the options I would probably left without making the purchase !

Great store experience
Very helpful and friendly staff at our local Go Outdoors store. In particular with one product previously purchased the staff member was extremely informative and helpful when trying to resolve an issue. Very dog friendly too!!
