GO Outdoors - Reading (Express) Omdömen

I went to buy a women parka today and Luciana and Veronica were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They gave me advice about different brands, product features, and made the shopping easy without being pushy. It's difficult to find this level of customer service nowadays!
Really pleased. 100% recommended!!

Went to get a daypack for hike/trek on a Saturday afternoon at Reading store. The store was quite busy and as I was scanning through the backpacks, the staff assisting a lady approached me if he could help me to find the product I was looking for, after he finished helping her. I got my product and he swiftly processed the transaction within secs. Found him (Mr Ciaran) very friendly and made the process effortless. Many thanks to him and Go outdoors.

Anya was very friendly and helpful. She went to great trouble to ensure we were completely pleased with our purchase.

Veronica was most helpful and spent some time sorting out the shoe and sock styles and sizes for us.

Helpful staff who served me.Ciaran and Faizam . Thank you.

Served by Veronica who advised on high end hiking shoes. Very knowledgeable and patient in working with me to get the right fit. Thank you!

Visited Go Outdoor Express Reading, as i needed a new pair of new hiking boots. I was served by Veronica and she was great. She was extremely knowledgeable and did not force a sale of any particular product or accessory. Information was given and I was allowed to decide at my own pace.

I had a great experience at Go Outdoors on 31st Oct evening. Ciaran provided such a lovely and friendly service — patient, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. He took the time to explain options and made the whole process really smooth. It’s rare to meet staff who care this much. Thank you, Ciaran! Will definitely return.

Veronica was extremely helpful and polite in helping me choose a rucksack suitable for my needs, I won't hesitate in returning in the future.

Ciaran was helpful and knowledgeable about what might satisfy my my awkward feet’s needs. Good range of walking footwear, which is what I was interested in. Good value for money, especially with my discount card.

I have not shopped with Go Outdoors before.
The store in Reading used to be Blacks.
I bought ladies walking shoes- Peter Storm.
The assistant was polite but not very attentive, I didn't feel entirely welcome. I tried on size 7 shoes which were a bit snug and I stupidly didn't try on a size larger. I now have a pair of shoes that are not as comfortable as they should be. Its my own fault - but I didn't want to be a nuisance.

I had a fantastic experience at GO Outdoors. Anya was incredibly helpful and friendly — she honestly couldn’t have done more to help. It’s so refreshing to meet someone who genuinely cares about providing great service. She made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend!⭐️

Ciaran and Weronika helped me out lots by finding alternate sizes and brands until I was completely happy. Their knowledge of the range and technical details were also very helpful in my decision.

Ciaran was brilliantly helpful from start to finish. He’s very knowledgeable about the product and is a real asset to the store. Thank you! Suzanne
