Very good service at GO Outdoors yesterday. Sue Gordon was particularly helpful and she certainly knew her stuff when it came to walking shoes & related equipment.

Bought the awning rail extension online and had a great experience in store collecting it. Very pleasant and professional member of staff served me.

I ordered a coat 3 times and every time the order got cancelled, went to a store an hour and a half Away as they said they had one in stock, yet again nothing when we got there. ( I tried ringing before hand but no answer)

We were served by Jackie who was very helpful. She provided lots of helpful information. I would have given 5 stars if there had been more stock of different sizes of shoes.

Susan was particularly helpful and attentive to my needs and requirements today. She went the extra mile and nothing was too much trouble. Marvellous

Sue Gordon was extremely helpful today she literally spent over an hour helping me get the right hiking boots her breath of knowledge is impeccable if you want great customer service and someone that easy to talk to and understand your needs then please speak to sue! She is a credit to herself and to the store. Thank you

Phoned ahead to check stock of walking boots in my size. Once in store attended to by Jackie who was extremely attentive and helpful .

I went with my daughter and Sue Gordon was amazing in helping us figure out the right kit for DofE. She was very knowledgeable and kind and gave us a good insight in the available options. We are thankful to her for giving us a very positive experience.

Yesterday in Peterborough Go outdoors wife wanted a pair of waterproof trainers there was a lady working her name Corrine we asked a few questions and the answers came flooding back she fetch 3 pairs wife tried them on and kept a pair moving around the shop found something else had to ask more questions same lady but this time she wasn’t sure so on the radio asking for us next thing a lad and manager was with us again nothing to much trouble all smiling and chatting. Our time in the shop was made welcoming and very pleasant with the 3 staff especially Corrine definitely a 20 out of 10 thanks guys for all your help

We took a faulty 5 year old bike that was originally bought from GoOutdoors to Peterborough store as there was a problem with the motor. Hastan (bike technician) was extremely helpful & as promised called us within a couple of hours with his opinion! Unfortunately the bike was beyond repair…

Always a pleasure buying stuff from Go Outdoors, as the staff are so helpful.

Was looking for some walking boots and had excellent support and advice from Sue Gordon, who was very knowledgeable and informed. Nothing was too much trouble and worked hard to find boots which met my requirements. Unfortunately there were not any in my size which met my requirements and that seems to be the case in other Outdoor stores in the region which is disappointing. However with Sue’s help and advice I will hopefully be able to find some on line.
