GO Outdoors - Peterborough Omdömen

Wonderful service. Had a problem with a pair of boots purchased in summer, swopped them out with no fuss. Then Julia/Ellie assisted with recommendations on other kit i was looking for and ended up with great well fitting kit. A good day and a very happy client. Client service focus and knowledge makes the deal.

What a great store!!! Even though there are other outdoor stores closer to where i live they dont have the choice like GO Outdoor or the friendly and highly skilled staff like Ellie & Julia
Thank You

I found the perfect gift for my grandson, with the help of Matt in the fishing tackle section of go outdoors , he matched rod to reel ,reel to rig , for a perfect set-up to go perch fishing including lures jig rig , brilliant and my grandson was really pleased

We visited to buy my son some hiking boots. Matt was great really friendly & helpful.

After visiting your Peterborough store to try on walking shoes, I then went online to get the colour I wanted.
It was quick and easy to order and the were in the time quoted

The helpfulness of the staff - they are wonderful
and I should have mentioned Katie and Kieran who served me on my last visit - as well as the ?manager? who is always so helpful.
What more can I say!

Came in for a pair of walking boots, Gareth was really helpful with the sizing and finding a pair in stock. Also served me at the till, very nice helpful guy

Steve helped serve me today with waterproof walking shoes and helped me price match my new north face jacket saving me £18!!! He was so lovely and kind and deserves the recognition!

We were served by Matt today who was very helpful and knowledgeable despite us asking him to go back to the storeroom a couple of times to get different sized walking boots.
He was approachable and kind and made the experience very lovely so thanks must go to Matt 🙌🙌🙌✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨

I visited the store today looking for a pair of shoes for everyday walking. I wasn’t quite sure what would be best for my needs, but Gareth was very helpful and took the time to recommend a suitable pair. He was friendly, knowledgeable and made the whole experience enjoyable. Excellent customer service from start to finish. I would definitely visit again.

When I came in a man called Gareth helped me. I would say Gareth is a really respectful approachable man, when I came in for boot cleaner and a new pair of boots, he kept our talk professional and was a really approachable person and looked like he was really happy to be doing his job, I would definelty recommend Gareth for great customer service

Excellent service and product knowledge. Thank you Hannah.

I found a coat that I really liked in store, it was quite expensive and not what I would usually spend on a coat. When we got to the checkout Steve served us and couldn’t be more helpful. He suggested we look on line to see whether the coat was cheaper elsewhere, as they do a price match. Steve actually looked on his phone and found it cheaper for us. So I got a £210 for & £185. Lovely little bargain.
What a lovely man to go out of his way to do this. It was also lovely to be served with a smile. Thank you Steve!

Gareth at GoOutdoors was very accommodating and friendly. We were looking for hiking boots for our son and Gareth helped us to find a good pair of boots. Gareth was kind and his customer service was spot on. Thank you, our son loves the boots.

Good choice; fair prices; excellent service from Gareth who was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Had hoped my Go Outdoors card would get me a reduction but disappointingly it didn’t. However, the size I wanted was in stock and the young person on the till was very personable and helpful and more than deserved a 5 star review. 👍

Very efficient, personal service from Laura Ng. Thank you Laura.

Laura helped us today finding a pair of hiking boots to fit my husband’s extra wide feet! She was very patient and knowledgeable of the different styles and brands on sale. Thank you!

My visit was to purchase Walking Boots. The customer service I received from Dave was excellent. Dave was very approachable, knowledgeable, and patient. He suggested different brands and styles to try to meet my requirements and get the best fit for me.

Great company. No problems
