I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had such an amazing customer service experience today that I felt I had to.

Lee was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. He was incredibly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, and really took the time to understand what we were looking for as it was our first fishing experience.

He made everything so easy for us and gave us great advice, which made the whole experience even better. Customer service like this really stands out and deserves to be recognised.

Haven't been to the store in a while and realised that my membership had lapsed. However this wasn't a problem as when I went to pay for my items I found Rome to be very helpful and he was able to set up a new one for me. He also confirmed the price of items before I purchased them as one didn't have a price tag on it. Overall, a very positive experience thanks to the excellent customer service and friendliness of the staff, in particular Rome.

Very helpful staff. Bought some work boots but almost bought the wrong size, Kerry made sure i was aware of which size i was purchasing.

Fantastic service from Sarah. I spoke with her on the phone regarding a roof tent ans she had it sorted for me within a few hrs. Took the drove to Milton Keynes store and my product was ready on a trolley for me. Big thank k you to Sarah for helping ne on this one.

The lad who served us, Rome, was polite and efficient

We called the store on Sunday 9th August and spoke with Sean the manager about buying a tent as we have never camped before. He was very helpful and advised us to ask for Molly and Arron when we came in on Monday 10th.
Both Molly & Arron were brilliant, extremely helpful and friendly as we know nothing about camping.
We purchased a tent & other bits, carpet, foot print, kettle etc and we wouldn’t go anywhere else for our camping gear.
We camped this week and had a fab time and all our kit worked perfectly.
Also Lynn on the till was very friendly and efficient. It was a pleasure to visit the Milton Keynes store and we will be back next week for some other camping gear that we now feel we need.

Amanda was very helpful. Although the choice of ladies sandals in my size was limited, Amanda brought out all the ones she could find in my size. We had a discussion about a brand I had never heard of before. Came away with 3 pairs!
