Huge store in Ancoats with free parking and a great display of tents. All staff very helpful especially Will and Lina and also the store manager who were very patient and happy to help me when I had problems finding what I needed. Great store, great service.

Excellent buying experience
Searching for a new pair of Hiking Boots was always going to be a difficult process for me. Thankfully Ian was on hand and made the experience a lot easier. Not only did he demonstrate an excellent knowledge of the boots but gave purchasing reassurance in that any choice I made could be returned if I changed my mind. The attitude of all the staff I met was helpful and pleasant. It all added to an excellent buying experience at the Ancoats store.

Took my husband to try on some hiking shoes (@Ancoats) for his first ever mixed terrain hike abroad explaining that there was the multi terrain ramp he could use to test the shoes as he has issues with his feet.
We were very dissappointed to find that the ramp is no longer in store.
Although the Ancoats store is our closest store and easier to get too we will in future go to the Bury store where there is an option to use their multi terrain ramp/walkways.

Great bargains
Great bargains, Craig is very nice, kind and efficient. It was smooth getting the fitting room opened by staff. Just wish there are more stock for pants more than regular, long, but also short for men. X
