Becky and jenny went out of their way to help me. I went in for a bundle deal for a tent footprint and carpet and unfortunately only the foorprint was available in stock. They took time to talk me through a few options and in the end gave me the footprint for 50% off but also explained options for still getting the bundle deal. Thanks so much for taking the time to help! I will be back soon :)

Great help.
Went to Liverpool shop for a waterproof this morning and I didn’t what to get. Paul was helpful picking out a decent coat without breaking the bank. Great friendly banter in between and his great knowledge made the long trip worth while.

Wow the rudeness of the colleague on the till was appalling needs to go back and do basic training on her manners. No please, no thank you, no smile just pure attitude. If you don't like working in retail don't work it's a choice.

I ordered two products in the buy 1 get 1 half price, because one of the items was out of stock I was refunded. I think in the future you could offer the option of a refund or wait for the item to come back into stock. Now I'll miss out on the chance to getting the purchase for half price. It's a little frustrating.

Ok so was in here today with my girlfriend, just normal day, took our items to the till to pay both in great mood and the woman that served us was by far the most horrendous person you could ever want to come across, she spoke to both of us like crap, was extremely rude, and just out of nowhere, wasn't expecting it. Absolute disgrace how she has any sort of job near customer service. Shocked. Won't be going back there
