GO Outdoors - Lincoln Omdömen 

Was served by a beautiful young girl called Amy who helped my husband and I pick the perfect hiking shoes. She had great product knowledge and advice, and was super friendly, ended up going home with some Salomons.

Great service yet again at GOOudoors Lincoln. Stan was incredibly helpful and the shelves are always fully stocked giving lots of options to consider.

We came to Go Outdoors as have a camping trip planned next weekend. We ended up buying a table and air mattress which both appear great!
When paying, we were asked if we wanted to join the go outdoors membership. The cashier was brilliant at promptly signing us up, saving us a lot! She went above and beyond by asking if we had any military or blue light card. I wouldn’t have even thought to ask so this saved us even more!
Overall great value for money and brilliant, helpful and kind staff. Great service!

Ordered 2 items for collection from your lincoln store, I checked the website to make sure the items were in stock. (6 items of each were available). I waited for my msg to say they were ready to collect. No msg! About 10 days passed and I rang your customer help line. He said the items were there to collect, and he couldn't understand why I hadn't received a text. I went to the store to collect, but only 1 item was there, I was told the other item was not in stock, and it didn't look like they would get anymore. So I took my one item. I then received notification that I would get a refund for the outstanding item. I went back on the go outdoors website, and saw there was stock (6 ) of this item in the Sheffield store (I live in Sheffield but go to lincoln every weekend). So I paced an order for collection. I then received notification that there was no stock and therefore I was going to be issued with a refund.
Also may I add that on my first online purchase my go outdoors membership reduction didn't come off so I was charged full price. I checked on my account and it said my membership needed renewing. I had renewed it about 4 days prior to this purchase!!!! It seems like you have got some issues to sort out.
I have since been to Capital Angling and bought the item at the same price, off the shelf.....no hassle!

Great quality products, quick and friendly service, a huge thanks to Samantha who helped me find a jacket in time for the winter! She made our trip very enjoyable!

A big thank you to Stan at the Lincoln branch. I contacted the branch to enquire if they had a certain air beam pump with a gauge. He went and checked stock levels and told me they had only one in stock. He offered to hold it for me until I could collect which would be two days later. I have collected it today, and got to meet Stan, a very nice and helpful guy. Brilliant customer service. Many thanks!

I arrived at Go Outdoors in Lincoln with a friend a little while ago. She was interested in buying a tent. Euan was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the pros & cons of all the tents and their accessories! Samantha served us at the till and she was super helpful! Both made our trip very enjoyable! Thank you to them both!

I was assisted by Amy who was brilliant, before that i'd struggled to find an assistant to help me. She's a credit to the store and without her this would have been a very different review

Owen spent time helping us decide on the best gas stove for our situation, ensuring we knew all options for gas and fully demonstrated how to set it up. Owen had great patience with us, remaining professional, polite and helpful throughout.

Brilliant, I got advice from my local store on which trainers I needed, unfortunately they didn’t have the right size in stock so advised me to order online, easy simple process and the trainers are great. Thank you

Arrived at the campsite, went to build the storage unit, and half the components were missing!!

Go Outdoors Lincoln saw my review and immediately contacted me. Fenton was fantastic; he dealt with the issue efficiently. Best customer service experience I have ever had.

The new Quest storage came in a box, fully packaged, whereas the previous one we had issues with just came in the storage bag.
