GO Outdoors - Leeds Omdömen 

You failed to acknowledge a single dumbell was delivered when you sell as a pair.
Nobody contacted me from submitting an online form about half delivery.
I had to ring to discuss and it was the store at York rd Leeds (they were awesome) that sorted it, but I am out of pocket, due to having to drive to store to return the single dumbell and travell to Pudsey store to purchase the replacement pair, all of which is caused by half delivery.

Great customer service and very polite and helpful

Jimmy was a great help full of knowledgeable advice. He knew what he was talking about and provided a great experience shopping at Go Outdoors. He was kind, personable and humorous; I will definitely revisit just for Jimmy. I hope he has a great time in South Korea.

Large store, lots of products to choose from, all at good prices. The staff were knowledgeable and very helpful. No sales pressure, just good advice and assistance. Thanks to Matt for patience and advice when I was trying the walking shoes.

Lewis was very helpful in assisting me to choose the most suitable hiking shoes for my awkward feet. The shop always has an excellent selection of walking and hiking boots.

Mike the guy in the shoe section knows his onions. I always go straight to him for a good natter on hiking etc. nice to see people still in retail with a bit of passion. One day all the shops will be gone and we can only buy from the internet.

I chose to go in store because I needed to find out about my size and what the trainers felt like;afterall what you see online doesn't always represent your needs. Matt, from the York road shop in LS9, the sales adviser was incredibly kind, patient and fun! It made my experience so much easier! Rather than buying cheap, I ended up buying comfort and quality which will go a long way when I "Go Outdoors".
There's very few staff members, these days that go the extra mile and truly help customers and thats what Matt did for me! Thank you mate! 😉 I hope your managers notice your great customer service skills and reward you for that!

Had a great experience at the Leeds store today. I had a few questions about some gear and Kacey was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with me. Brilliant customer service!

The sale process was great. The email I received confirming the order said that they would email me when the order was ready to collect.

Over a week later I went to check the order as the camping trip was getting really close! They were ready. I didn't receive an email about it though. Collected the items from a busy store.

Bought more items and they couldn't find the membership I bought online. Had to go and get the number to add it to the store system.

The real life and online computer systems are obviously not well connected and do not help you get your items easily or quickly. It might be easier to do one or the other.

Excellent customer service! Mike's expertise, enthusiasm and knowledge is second to none in hiking equipment. He took time to understand what I needed and made sure I found a comfortable, suitable pair. Really appreciated the professional and welcoming service- the best ever

It's all a little over priced in comparison to other stores... even with the member discount. Store I went to in Leeds quite run down, with unhelpful / unknowledgable staff. Used to be the go-to place for kit 20+ years ago, but not any more sadly.

1st Festive Camping Trip.
Lewis was really helpful and provided us with useful information on which tent would work for my daughter and friends first festival camping trip. We aren't a camping family so it's all new to us. Would highly recommend speaking to staff for assistance. Lewis also gave us space to discuss what we wanted to do after his advice and when we were ready with our decision we called him back. It was nice to not feeling pressured.
