GO Outdoors - Launceston Omdömen 

I ordered items on "Click and Collect". 12 days later I hadn't received an email to say they were ready to collect. I spent 20mins trying to get through to customer service and gave up. The items were showing on my account as"being prepared". I found a telephone number for the store and they confirmed that they had my parcel awaiting collection by me.
The store staff were very polite and extremely helpful. I was also given a new Members card because I hadn't received one in the post.
I was disappointed by the delays and lack of communication online. However the store staff were great.

The store is welcoming and everything is well laid out . We were spoken to at the entrance in a friendly manner. We were purchasing a rucksack and we cannot thank Jamie enough for his help , approach and sharing his knowledge. He spent time ensuring we understood the products and that it met our needs. Thanks Jamie, also Rebecca for serving us in a friendly manner.

The Click and collect went smoothly, the process took about 3 minutes. Very happy.

Wow what can I say Freya was outstanding .. such knowledge for a young assistant , I went in to look at walking boots as recently injured my ankle and needed a light but sturdy book for hikes / walks with the dogs, Freya was very patient and understanding and offered great advice even down to the walking socks . I came away with what I was looking for and felt very thankful for Freya input 👍
I was served at the till by a lovely smily and friendly Tom .. who gave great advice and also re set my go out doors membership
All in all a great shop .. and two great staff you should be proud of

Staff at Launceston are absolutely superb, very knowledgeable and helpful

Very impressed with the abundance of choice and the overall shopping experience. We were served today by Freya who was particularly helpful when we asked about the 'members' scheme, she had a lovely nature and made a welcome change to the very often negative response received in 'other' shops. Will definitely be back to shop and will sign up to the Members scheme.

Rang up this morning querying trousers. Jess was really helpful and helped me out. Thank you!

Great shop, well laid out, good range of items for varied budgets. Very helpful knowledgeable staff member in walking boot department.

We are regular local customers. There shop is fairly well stocked and we bought many outdoorsy things for school residentials, general family walks, and camping. There was this one time only when a cashier became very militant about the hangers and demanded to know exactly where I left them, then radioed a collegue to find and collect them "because otherwise we think that people stole things". Very bizarre. But today the staff was helpful and bubbly.

Got everything we needed. Served by Freya and she was very friendly and helpful.

Looking for waterproof walking boots for husband, very helpful lady assisted with sizes. Store very tidy with a lot of choice, served at the till by Emilia who reactivated our membership checked boot sizes and processed out transactions. Upon opening boot box at home in Axminster, discovered security tag still on boots. Obviously, we couldn't return to the store to get this removed so husband dealt with using wire cutters, not ideal!
