GO Outdoors - Harlow Omdömen 

Pathetic.
Ordered a tent, gas stove and 2 fold up chairs. Over 1 week later had no feedback. Went in store and was told only part order ready. Explained I needed my order for camping next day and agreed to give me half my order. Was told chairs hadn’t been delivered from warehouse and no idea when they would be delivered. I suggested I take 2 from the hundreds in the wood crates outside the store and inside but told I couldn’t as they were not my chairs. I said when my chairs turn up they could restock there crate items but told no. Ridiculous and no common sense.

Great product at good price.Maddie at checkout was really good and helpful. Ensuring that we had found all the goods that we were looking for .

We popped in to Go outdoors Harlow after frankly a horrific visit to Halfords to buy my son his first adult bike. Paul the bike tech to his time explaining the pros of three bikes in my price range, taking time to explain to my full of questions 11 year old. While I went and paid paul took his time to explain to my son what he was doing, sharing knowledge, answering I’m guessing one to many questions and being genuinely enthusiastic about bikes and sharing my sons excitement. Did I spend too much… probably! Did my son have an amazing customer experience, yes! Would I go back and buy another bike? Yes! Especially if Paul is doing the set-up! A special mention to Leah who had a laugh and joke with me while I tried to find my membership card and to the whole team for being genuinely a cut above everyone else in the area! Thank you very much!

The beach tent and beach wind shield I bought was worth the purchase + the products were reliable.

Staff at Harlow are also helpful.

I was served by Dave in Go Outdoors 18/8/26 - Dave was very very helpful, went the extra mile to explain things and ensure i was getting the best of what my intentions were for use at camping. Very useful visit and purchase.

Visited Harlow store for Gas refill. Customer Service Agent saw me enter with old gas cylinder and started checking if they had stock before I got to counter. Advised me how much was in old cylinder. Another agent brought out new cylinder quickly. Maddie on checkout helped me locate my old membership and renewed. Overall excellent service

Maddie was excellent in the footwear department. The store is similarly outstanding in its range and quality of stock. Thoroughly recommend.

Ordered a fishing rod online for click and collect, it was ready in 30 minutes, picked it up next day with no issues at all.

We visited this store earlier today, and had a great experience. Everything was reasonably priced (especially after we renewed our Go Outdoors membership!) All the staff were really helpful, especially Warren at the till. Thanks to all the staff, we are excited to use our new camping gear!

I went into Go Outdoors recently to get a backpack for travelling. The whole process was really easy. The store was well laid out and I had no trouble finding what I needed. A special mention to Lucy who was really helpful and answered all the questions I had.

Tamzin and Caleb were both very helpful to my husband and son - Tamzin on the till, and Caleb with his advice regarding fishing equipment.

Firstly the staff are always helpful and efficient. Izzah quickly sorted out our Go card too. We bought a pair of shoes which are excellent. No hesitation to recommend and we look forward to going back. Thank you Go Outdoors.

Was getting quite a few items as beginning to hike. When I was at the checkout I was greeted by a lovely young lady called Izzah, who was friendly, polite and patient with me, as I had to renew my membership whilst there. Once finished she wished me luck, which was really appreciated ha ha

A very pleasant shopping experience at Go Outdoors, Harlow this morning. Dave was knowledgeable and helpful and I am pleased with the shoes I bought. Assistant on cash till was equally good, efficiently handling my membership renewal and gift card. Clearly a well-run store. Would recommend.
