I visited the store to return faulty walking shoes bought at a Millets store 4 months ago. The Store Manager, Ali, change my boots fod a new pair without hesitation! Thank you. Great customer service....

Liam in the Farnborough branch was really knowledgeable and friendly, ended up getting all my essentials before a hike. Recommend this place!

Tracy in Go Outdoors is amazing. A while ago I bought a couple things. Her customer service is to be admired , in fact a sterling asset to the company. Smiley, happy and cheerful, very approachable. Helpful above and beyond . If only more were like her , shopping sagas would be a pleasant and happy experience..

They are exceptionally patient and fantastic when you need help. I was met with great service and explanation on what to get and what would be suitable for my Expedition.

Jarred & Ali helped me out, I paid for a membership online outside the store and they honoured the membership price for me. 5 star very helpful. Thank you gents.

Had an issue after being charged full price despite my membership had been scanned at a different store. Both of these amazing ladies sorted out my issue quickly and without any problems!

After a few phone calls I received a partial refund for the difference in the total charge.

Went to Millets today and found it’s now a Go Outdoors! I do miss that’s it’s now not Millets but still the great staff! I was served by Tracy and Alana. They were super helpful and kind. I think Tracy deserves a promotion ! very happy customers. chow for now !

I recently had an excellent experience with Go Outdoors. I purchased a pair of shoes that later developed a defect. It appears to have been a minor issue at the manufacturing stage, very difficult to detect at the time, but it eventually became significant enough to make the shoes unwearable. I prefer not to mention the brand, as I still hold it in high regard.

I visited the Farnborough store where I originally made the purchase and was assisted by Liam (Sales Assistant) and Tracy (Store Manager). Both handled the situation with professionalism and genuine care. They listened carefully to my concern, took full ownership of the issue, and went out of their way to resolve it.

Despite not being directly responsible for the defect, they apologised on behalf of both the store and the brand, which reflects a strong customer-first attitude. They then helped me find a replacement pair, making the entire process smooth and reassuring.

This was a clear example of excellent customer service. Liam was attentive and helpful throughout, and Tracy demonstrated exactly what you would expect from a capable and customer-focused store manager.

A genuinely five-star experience.

Friendly team always helpful

This was a click & collect order. I did not receive an email advising my item was ready to collect. The staff at Go Outdoors Farnborough were excellent very helpful - great customer service. The same could not be said of the tracking process on the website.
My purchase was exactly what I wanted at a competitive price.

Last minute shop before camping holiday this week. For an express store they had the essential items I needed. Alana was very helpful and made my day for asking for my ID (mum in her 30's) !
