Good Service
The woman who served me, seemed to have good product knowledge; and focussed upon serving me. I don't recall the exact day of my store visit offhand, but remember buying a black Peter Storm "Active" t-shirt; partly attracted by both the reasonable price - and material from which the t-shirt is made. I'm quite keen on clothing from the Peter Storm range.

The shop was clean,tidy,the assistants…
The shop was clean,tidy,the assistants were very friendly and helpful, without going overboard, we were left to go round the store,but they were there if we needed help.

Lucy at go out doors was very kind welcome me in to the shop was there to offer her help with my sizes in trousers and clothes she made sure I got the right size very happy with her customer service made me very comfortable highly recommend if anyone goes in the shop and struggling to get the right stuff ask for Lucy always got a smile and very polite attitude towards customers

We shopped in the Derby Centre Go Outdoors. The staff, Lucy and Iuri were very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.
I love my new jacket. Thank you! There was plenty of choice and plenty of sizes!
I am just sad that this branch is closing as it's so convenient for us.

Great shop and staff

Go outdoors express is my first choice…because it is so local .
Go outdoors express is my first choice for my outdoor/ walking kit. The staff greeted everyone on entering the store. They were so friendly and helpful. The item I wanted was out of stock but it was no problem to order it and get it delivered to my home. I was very saddened to hear the Derby Express store is closing down.

Great Reductions!
Sadly the shop is closing after many years as an outdoor shop under Millets previously. But the good news is the great reductions.
The enthusiastic Dale showed me how to become a member of Go Outdoors for 5 Pounds and get even better reductions on top of the already slashed prices.
I was able to buy some great Leki Vintage Voyager walking poles for under 40 Pounds and stock up on the rubber tips.
