Excellent service given today for help and advice. Additinally, our cashier Xaina informed us of the Blue Light discount on non-sale items that we never knew about! So we made even more of a saving! Thank you, Xaina!

The customer service at this store is great. Brought a North Face coat from here for a reasonable price and the woman who helped us, Ella, was very helpful and kind. Would come back.

Went to look at the electric bikes and saw one that was perfect for me but didn't know much about electric bikes. We asked for help and advice and spoke to Craig, who was such a mine of information and answered any questions that we had. He is a lovely guy, very helpful and enthusiastic. How shopping should be.
Needed new walking trousers but having dropped my glasses off at the opticians for repair I was unable to read the labels on the garments. HARRIET was super helpful, helping me find trousers and waiting while I used the changing rooms.
Harriet was helpful, cheerful, smiled, tentative and showed enthusiasm in her role. Credit to Go outdoors.

I went to the counter to renew my membership. Millie was most helpful. I chose myself some high end Merrell hiking boots, the shoe assistant despite having quite a few customers was most attentive. Back to Millie on checkout made the buying experience a good one. Thank you Go Outdoors.

Every member of staff I spoke to was extremely friendly and helpful. We managed to get everything we went in for (hiking gear), and more. Kat served us at the till and similarly was very engaging end helpful.

I was looking for a pair of ladies walking boots and was served by Xaina who was extremely helpful and friendly. Xaina measured my feet advised on styles and found me exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately my size was out of stock both in stores and online so wasn’t able to buy today but nevertheless a great experience and Go Outdoors Derby is my to place for all my hiking gear.

Good selection of walking shoes to try to find a good fit. Xaira as the shop assistant was very helpful and informative and reserved the shoes for me when I ran out of time before the store closed.
