Brilliant customer service on Friday 8th May at Go Outdoors Coventry. Had to collect a parcel at the back of the store but had some issues - the employee managed to solve these and I was able to get what i needed. Thank you Emma.

Excellent customer service
I had seen a riding hat that was in stock in store and went to take a look. It wasn't on the shop floor but the fabulous lady in Naylors went and found it for me. She's was knowledge and friendly. The shop itself was very clean and tidy with a really good range of horse stuff.

Friendly & helpful staff
All staff are always super friendly and helpful. Laura was particularly helpful and patient today (23.04.2026), taking the time to explain the various options in terms of the footwear I was looking for. Milly was also friendly and patient at the checkout. Thank you!

Ordered 2 meal packs for DofE
Received one, but never had a notification that it is available. Still waiting for the 2nd meal pack more than a week later and have not had any communication about the situation.
