Right shoe for my feet
Richard assisted me on Sat 31 Jan. Despite the busy store and his working alone at that stage, he was patient, knowledgeable and provided great advice. I am confident that I have the right shoe for me and look forward to 1000 miles of walking with dry feet.

From the staff selling and advising on…
From the staff selling and advising on the hiking boots that I purchased, including providing me with a over sock but also telling me that I could put my own socks on when I got home to try the boots inside the house providing that I didn’t mark them. Athena on the till was also very polite and professional making sure that I had been told that I could wear the boots at home and checking up for me on when my membership ran out.

I spent a few hours at GoOutdoors…
I spent a few hours at GoOutdoors Chesterfield for walk boots and walk shoes. Your staff members Liz, Chris & David provided valuable assistance. I should mention that I have a serious left foot/leg issue - plantar fascia and a long term problem with my left heel which demands extra insoles and support. I am very grateful for their knowledge and especially Liz and her experience with such issues.

Superb customer service from Dan C…
The service that I received from Dan C was absolutely first rate. I was struggling to find a walking shoe that felt remotely comfortable, and he immediately recommended a brand that would be suited to the size and shape of my feet. Not only that, but his patience in fetching different styles and brands beforehand had been second to none!
