GO Outdoors - Cheltenham (Express) Omdömen

Great open environment, the packs were all clearly labelled by size and easy to look at for comparing all the features. I was served by Luke, who was brilliant at explaining the benefits of joining.
10/10 shopping experience, would recommend.

I walked in to escape the rain expecting just to have a look around and ended up buying a jacket ready for the winter.

Customer service was spot on. Ben really does know the stock well and followed up all my quieres as there is plenty to choose from. On the way out the staff on the till are very friendly and efficient. The presentation of this shop stands out as it's organised.

Helpful, polite and efficient

Went into the store to buy a new pair of walking shoes. Andy and Luke were very friendly and helpful without being intrusive and I completed my purchase quickly and efficiently

Yes got the card everything fine thank you 😊

I came in looking for burner gas and water purifying tablets. Gus, Morgan and Luke were very knowledgeable about the stock, helped me compare products and find exactly what I needed. They were super friendly at the same time. Lovely customer experience!

Morgan and Stave were great! Informative, helpful and pleasant!
They both engaged with me and made me feel very welcome inside the store and Morgan very efficiently sorted me out with a new membership card as my one was worn out.
Outstanding service!! A credit to Go Outdoors!
Well done! 🙏🏼

Luke was a job to have been served by providing a comfortable atmosphere - Luke gave us information on our membership discount and was accommodating to our smaller bag size with amazing folding ability

A big thank you to Like and Steve at Go outdoors Cheltenham. Great service and good advice. Only constructive feedback is lack of changing room facilities. Only one in the entire shop.

Great experience, Marky was a great help at the till

Luke was really friendly, great conversation whilst at the checkout. Makes the difference when shopping to have such a positive person serving myself. Customer service 10/10, service 10/10, efficiency 10/10, helped me with being a new member and got my membership card active without any delay or issues. Give them a raise! Haha. Absolutely perfect to end my shopping experience. Thank you Luke you're awesome! :)

I came into the Cheltenham go store after going into the Gloucester branch looking for a particular item of outdoor clothing , I was greeted by a gentleman called Ben , who was ever so helpful and directed me to what I needed and also recommended me too sign up for a memberships saving me quite a lot of money , amazing service

Fabulous really helpful staff. Great range of footwear in a good range of sizes. My husband bought a pair of size 13 leather walking boots. I bought a pair of Brasher walking bots with a 58% discount.
Luke was a standout staff member. Ollie was also very helpful.

We were assisted by Neil the other day. I was keen to find some boots and he was extremely happy to help, he gave me advice and was very patient with me when I asked for different sizes. My experience was great because of Neil, what a lovely man. I would definitely recommend this shop if you’re looking for anything, they have a wide variety of items and friendly staff. Thank you.

Really helpful advice and comments from Neil in helping choose a new set of walking boots.
Fully explained how I have 28 days to try them inside to check they are the right fit.

Customer service from Luke was second to none. Used to getting a good service in Go Outdoors but really felt Luke went above and beyond and sorted out a membership issue that had been ongoing for while. Really patient and knowledgeable. Also happy both the purchases, but was worth calling in just to get our past issues sorted. Thanks Luke, you were brilliant.

Great selection of stock, I was shopping for walking boots, and I was impressed by how many there were for me to look at and try on in store.
I was helped by a staff member called Andy, he listened to my specifications and gave me some information and suggestions. He gave me time to browse, ask questions and try things on. He was patient and friendly, from me asking for help through to checking out.
All of the other staff I met when I was in store were also lovely.
I left with a pair of boots that met my needs, and I will be back to purchase more gear.

Gus. Gave me good advice about buying a shoe for Pickleball. Very patient. Very knowledgeable.
