Had a very pleasant experience buying a new pair of walking shoes. Gus did a good job of up selling but I was happy with that as he had many helpful insights. Hopefully the shoes will be good for many years.

The dude at the checkout, Luke, was fantastic! He showed me some options for the kind of thing I was after (something to sleep on whilst camping), knew everything about each item, and helped me save some money at checkout. He was friendly, funny, and patient with my scattered wits.

Loved how it’s set up with plenty of room to browse.
The only downside side was that we wanted to try on some of the waterproof jackets but because of all the security loops connected together this meant we had to ask for an assistant and I didn’t want to be watched trying stuff on so subsequently didn’t try and therefore didn’t buy.
Staff that I felt with were very friendly, polite and chatty especially Luke
