I came in to the store to buy a shelter. Unfortunately, my 3 yo fell asleep right as we arrived, so I had to carry her, which would have made carrying the shelter impossible. However, two great associates came to the rescue. Charlotte on the tills, quickly called to Adam who met me at the shelters, answered all the questions, carried my selected shelter up to the tills, and then helped me get everything to the car. I don’t think o could have done it without them! Great customer care and support.

I called and spoke to Dannie, about a leisure battery. He found the one we wanted, and put it by for us to collect the next day.

Went in looking for advice on tent poles and the worker was very attentive and help with the instructions on the repair kit.

Dannie at Go Outdoors Canterbury was extremely understanding and helpful in processing a full refund for a family tent that had a manufacturer fault.

Ordering was fine to be a click and collect. But the shipment took 5 days to get to shop and then I didn't get any notification it was ready to collect. (Emails on order said to wait to be told when to collect)
I cancelled order as was too late for my trip.
Refund process with inshore staff was very good.

I was served by Charlotte in your store today. She was really helpful and very polite as I needed to change a pair of trousers. It was a good experience overall.

The quality, variety and availability of stock is fabulous which was a surprise being end of season. We didn’t expect to get anything and was browsing.

Well first of all I always use go outdoors at Canterbury find they have all I need for my requirements this time I went in to buy a rucksack and scarpa rush lite boots but found it very hard to get some help so went to find someone yes found someone he got my boots from stock and just went leaving me to fend for myself not happy so went looking for a rucksack no one seemed very helpful until I asked to see the manager Craig what a breath of fresh air he listened to me explain that I was walking coast to coast walk for charity make a wish and guide dogs he was really interested he stayed with me the whole time I was in his store even taking payment at the till so helpful I ended up spending 700 pounds plus for the wright gear I needed so in my books you have a top manager he knew how to deal with people so with him in charge your other staff will come up to scratch and listen and learn great store going back soon thanks Paul browne

All my items for collection were on the collection shelf at Canterbury, but no one had booked them in and therefore no one had informed me .. they had been sitting on the shelves for 3 days..

Well wot can I say?we're has all your stock gone? Are you not topping up any more? It will be upsetting to see the fishing side go.
