GO Outdoors - Cambridge Omdömen 

Was looking for a new fishing rod & reel at the Cambridge store, no one at the counter to help so ended up hunting for what I wanted, the rods were incorrectly marked up as Carp rods when infact they were Barbel rods and I ended up having to take a display reel off the shelf as there was still no staff available. I did mention this at the check out and was asked to mention it on my next visit, this could be weeks or months away. Not impressed.

At Go Outdoors in Cambridge, James, Oskar, and Alex Hils provided exceptional service that left me and my son feeling confident and grateful. Their expert advice on sea fishing, including practical tips on line systems, was delivered with impressive knowledge and teamwork. They went above and beyond, taking extra time to dismantle our rods and fit them into a travel case for easy plane travel. Their kindness and dedication made this a top-class experience—highly recommend!

We were served by Verouika. She was very helpful today in locating the things that we needed. Also, patiently answerd all our questions regarding the camping tent , mats etc..

The assistant Veronika couldn't have been more helpful in helping me choose the right air tent for my needs. It was my first time visiting Go Outdoors Cambridge branch and as a result I found the service so good that I signed up for membership.

This was my first visit to this store and I was a little disappointed at the lack of variation in some products and the fact there was no assistance in store.i would return to the store as it is nice and local to me and things might ha e improved.

He was incredibly knowledgeable about all the products and took the time to build a new bike for my child. His friendly attitude, patience, and willingness to go the extra mile made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. It’s not every day you come across such genuine and dedicated customer service. Highly recommend Go Outdoors – especially if you’re lucky enough to be served by Qing!

I came in with my son to buy equipment for his bronze DofE. We were helped predominantly by Ryan who was really knowledgeable and endlessly helpful. I felt very confident in the advice that we were given and feel over the moon with the kit we bought. Ryan was also brilliant at making my son feel empowered by his choices and confident in how to use everything. We really couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We will definitely return. Chris at the Cambridge store was very knowledgeable and helped me pick the perfect pair of hiking boots! Always come back here for footwear.

James and Jo + the manager didn't catch his name but they were all absolutely amazing. snapped my fishing rod in a session the day before and took to them after finding my membership number and sorting the computer stuff out i walk away with a brand new rod, massive thanks to them 3

On March 28th I experienced fantastic customer service at the Cambridge branch. I was buying a lot of kit for a DofE youth group and took up a lot of the GoOutdoors staff time - but Navya and Ryan were super helpful and patient with me. I will definitely be coming back for my next big DofE shop!

Good prices but disorganised.

Store was over cluttered and disorganised, especially the clothing section where clothes were in the wrong places making it hard to locate items as not on the correct rails and there was little space to move as rails/other products (e.g. bouldering matts) were blocking walkways.

Fantastic service from the team at the cambridge store. Nothing was to much trouble we needed Pacific items and they were straight on it and knew where everything was. Definit recommend them 100%
