GO Outdoors - Cambridge Omdömen 

Every experience I’ve had with Go Outdoors in different branches over the years has always been great, but this time I want to praise the Cambridge branch.
Every member of staff was friendly and helpful but a special shout to OSKAR and VERONIKA who went out of their way to give me the best service possible. They dealt with me with kindness, friendliness, patience and above all amazing knowledge which I couldn’t have obtained elsewhere.
I got all that and to top it off my purchase was cheaper than anywhere I could find on the Internet. Fantastic

Katie was really helpful, patient and honest. Asked about all my requirements and advised the best walking boots and shoes for me. I was very picky with what I wanted the look to be and couldn’t make up my mind about the walking shoes but she was very patient while I chose which ones I wanted.

Alex was extremely helpful when helping with my refund and again when buying further products.
The store was clean, tidy and well laid out.

No one available to ask for boot sizes, changing room locked couldn’t find anyone to open them. Poor customer service on the tills. But got the items I wanted so that’s the only reason for any score.

I had an extremely helpful girl ( unfortunately I didn’t get her name) helping me to choose a pair of walking boots. She was very knowledgeable & patient with me while I decided on a pair

Real bargains as well as better quality brands, all sizes in stock , good friendly knowledgeable service ( Steven)

The last time I shopped at GO Outdoors I was informed that my membership for the store had expired and I need to renew this membership in order to have the discounted price. It was duly renewed with the amount deducted with the purchase. Purchased 2 packs of 4 canisters camping gas and other goods, unfortunately do not have the receipt .

I was at the store yesterday to make another purchase but was informed AGAIN that my membership has expired.

It is my opinion that it is criminal/falsification of sales records on merchandise/ membership records to warrant investigation. Monies were taken but membership NOT renewed/ received. Customer Nbr. 10090963265. Please send hard copy of my membership card.

Unless I hear from you in 10 Workdays, this complaint shall be forwarded to the Trading Standards to instigate procedures.

Alex helped me find what I needed and explained how their discounts work. Clothes have good material quality and friendly prices.

Wide range of stock. Good selection of suppliers. Online service good. Real stores for handling items and trying on.

Needed a light shower proof jacket in a hurry. Found just what I needed at Cambridge (Beehive) store, helpful staff, pleasant visit, will shop there again.

The chaps in store knew just where to send me and I found what I wanted in no time.

Great experience during my visit to the fishing department. Received great assistance from Audrey during my visit.

I purchased 2 packs of socks, when I got got home i found a hole which should have been picked up at quality control at manufacturing

I had to drive back to the Cambridge store to exchange

Ross & Rebekah were both super helpful yesterday. Ross gave lots of guidance around the store and Rebekah was very friendly at the till. Both of their customer service skills are top notch.
