Brandon is just great!
I was served by Brandon and he was just amazing. Not too pushy in the beginning and just keen to know what I wanted. He quickly identified my requirements and then offered me a choice of coat options - however we soon realised that we were both Berghaus fans so he enthusiastically showed me a coat that was just perfect. He was a great advocate for your membership offering so i was happy in getting a discount. All the way through he was chatty and pleasant and made me feel that my sale was important to him - quite rare these days! Well done Brandon, he was a real superstar!!

Great service

What a nice experience we had at the Blackpool store. No pushy selling .explained all the offers to us and what the membership gives you we ended up buying four coats and 9 oversized hoodys .would just like to thank the young man for an enjoyable shopping experience cheers Tom

Went in today for the first time and was very impressed. Tom was very friendly and helpful. He was very knowledgeable about the products. I will definitely be returning and I highly recommend the shop.

5* service as always
I don’t stay in Blackpool, visited for work, but anytime I’m here I pop in to spend some money. Brandon served me today and got to say he went the extra mile. I can be quite picky with clothing and footwear but he dug up the storage to find me boots and also gave me some good advice on multi tools. Overall 5* as always.

Good variety of products. Helpful and friendly staff.
I visited on Boxing Day. The shop was quiet, and the assistants welcomed me but then let me browse in peace - which is a rare pleasure these days.
When I needed assistance, they were there to help. Tom, readily answered any questions and then offered to place an order, for me to collect the following week, from the shop.
A very pleasurable experience with lovely staff. Thank you
