Nothing was too much to ask. Outstanding customer care and service
Dave and the other two employees made myself and my dog feel so welcome, so much so my dog who is anxious felt relaxed giving me the time to look around the store and buy some boots, socks and boot bag. Dave served me nothing was too much to ask his patience and care was outstanding. I normally shop online at Go Outdoors but after this experience I'm always going to go into Betws store. Thanks all

DAVE AND OWEN really looked after us well! They found the exact walking trousers I needed and then helped me select the correct gloves for purpose at the right price. It's not often you get such EXCELLENT SERVICE - well done lads and thank you so much - I shall return this Thursday for some more shopping !

Excellent customer service
We have visited this store a number of times. It stands out from so many other stores for it's superb customer service. Friendly and knowledgeable staff are on hand to assist, but never in an obtrusive manner. The branch is a relatively small store, however it manages to pack in a very extensive range of goods, competetivly priced.
Highly recommended.

Wonderful, helpful staff
Today I was purchasing a new coat for me and my husband the gentlemen when we first walked in was so helpful without being too much, he gave us some advice on items then left us to browse. We were served by Louise today and she was marvellous, really friendly and nothing was too much for her. Thanks for the great experience, we shall be back for Christmas gifts soon 😀
