New walking shoes
Tyrell was really helpful and knowledgeable when I enquired about new walking shoes. He also offered arch support insoles that I could try on with the shoes. He checked the website as well for different colours that weren’t available in store. Whilst I didn’t buy today would certainly return. Thanks Tyrell.

Just popped in to the Bedford store to look at tents. Jay was super knowledgeable and helpful. He spent time with us talking through our requirements and the best options. We valued his input. We are very happy with our selection. Great prices for members too.
Sammy was also very pleasant to deal with on the till. All in all very good customer service, and a great range of products on offer.

Once the problems with my Members…
Once the problems with my Members Card.registration had finally been sorted out, the Navitas Scout 2.0 coat arrived quickly.
The cost is good - don't know why they had to change the spec. It does what it says on the tin!

5 stars for Jacob in the Bedford store - we needed some advice on jackets for a trip away and he was super helpful and knowledgeable.
1 star taken off as no one seemed to be able to figure out how to do an on-line return in store so we had to take the item home and do a postal return.
