Ian, at the checkout, made our expensive shop much more tolerable by being so upbeat, cheerful and efficient. He is absolutely fantastic at relating to customers like us and made us both laugh with his comments. He needs to be commended for this.

The assistant in the shoe area was very helpful, he returned quickly with the right sized shoes and he also helped me loosen the laces on one which was very tight. The cashier too was very pleasant and took off my discount from the voucher. She put all my things in the bag.

First time shopping for our new motorhome, could not believe how big and how much we were able to complete from our list, also using our membership card saved us a fair amount.
Will be our first option for future purchases.

I today collected a click and collect order, I was served by Tyrell who was extremely help and made me feel a really valued customer. He had also helped me a few days prior to my collection and advised me on walking boots, a really helpful member of staff

I needed to get some hiking shoes for both my boys, aged 17 and 12. Ziggy took her time to explain things and was very knowledgeable. She was very helpful.
Klaudia also helped me find some clothes. She was very friendly and helped me find clothes that fit my budget.

I had a really positive experience at GO Outdoors, thanks to Ian, Jacob and Brian. Shopping with my three children was quite stressful, but they were all so patient, friendly and helpful. They made everything much easier and provided perfect service. Thank you so much!

The item arrived broken and unusable, from an online purchase, so had to be returned. Furthermore, it could not be replaced due to being the last in stock. However, both Customer Services and the process for ease of returning this item were exceptionally good. I just wish that you took the same care over Quality Control.

Ryan and Lucy worked as a team to help give me the information I needed to decide about my purchase.
Ryan explained the difference in fabrics for the waterproof jackets I was looking at, recommended a more expensive but in the longer term, more cost effective version.He did not give me the hard sell and gave me advice on a wash in detergent I could use on my current jacket rather than sell me something new.I felt my needs had been listened to, he had integrity and honesty in his advice.I am still more likely to buy the more expensive jacket in the future but felt under no pressure to make that purchase today.

Liz on the checkout was extremely helpful and friendly. Another member of staff showed me exactly where to find the BBQ briquettes I was after.

Merv in the fishing section was really friendly and helpful, and generally a great example of customer service! 10/10!
