We had a great experience at GO Outdoors in Bangor, the staff was very kind and helpful. Nabeil helped us find hiking gear for our visit and James kindly offered us the member discount as we were visiting from overseas. Highly recommend this store for your outdoor needs!

Nabeil was very helpful and brought a larger size than I requested as they didn't have size in stock, he said as different model of shoe to my shoes they may fit and they actually did.

i frequent this branch for most of my…
i frequent this branch for most of my parcels and i have had nothing but great experiences. the staff are very welcoming, helpful and supportive. there is a great atmosphere at all times and it is always a pleasant experience to come into the shop. on this particular occasion, i was served by Nabeil. he was very polite, helpful and quick to get me my package. he was there for any queries i had and overall had a very welcoming presence.
