Fraudster Alert

This is a fake company pretend to be real and charge the money on credit card. My credit card company didn't approved the transaction and when i saw the name of the company who tried to charge my account, i saw this name of the company qiangqmalldotcom This fake company registered address is also wrong. I have notified to my credit card company and they blocked these guys from making further transactions.

This is a fake company. Take money and don't send materials. Provide fake tracking numbers.

Well, I order 2 times from 2 different sites, one claiming to be Costco going out of business, the other was Macy’s clearance, and now this one. Why can’t they go to jail. I believe they are all the same fraudulent company

If I could give a negative number I would. I ordered plants not knowing it was from good materials store. I get bogus ‘delivered ’ emails with no notice where it was delivered to. Ridiculous

My plants are never arriving. I received an email saying the package was returned to sender because of either an incomplete address or they tried to contact me and couldn’t find me. All lies. Then I googled the website and saw that it is a fraudulent website. I think I unfortunately paid with a debit card won’t be able to get my money back. It was only $23. Thank God. I know it was strange when I saw plants were coming from China because wouldn’t they already be dead by the time they get here? I should’ve looked at the contact information and double checked that it was in the US. Now I know to do my due diligence.

I want to give a zero star rating. Product was not delivered. I was sincerely tracking the china post. However, after 40+ days of “in transit from
China”, one fine day, it showed as delivered. However it was never delivered. When contacting the support, they say it was delivered and that I check with my neighbors. The map on the tracking website showed it was “delivered” a mile away. It’s such an unrelated location.

I’m beyond pissed! I have been looking and waiting for my plants that I ordered a month ago . Only to get on here and see it’s a scam! I’m calling my bank tomorrow.

They scammed me. Goods never arrived. They tried to say it was at my local post office when it wasn't. They charged me more than what the final bill confirmation online showed.

Firstly their advertising practices are deceptive - they got me with a "store closing" sale and nowhere did they mention that the orders were being fulfilled out of China! The ad and marketing falsely indicated domestic US.
I placed two orders that were never received- showed transiting for 40+days, and when "out for delivery" stayed there for three days and then suddenly delivered one day after it showed "out for delivery". I never received the orders, checked with my neighbors and no one had anything for me by accident. Customer service told me to go to the post office to file a claim because the shipper registered the order as delivered. The best they could offer me was 5% compensation refund - not worth it. That's what I get for IG/TikTok shopping...

Placed an order. Waited 38 days when they told me my plants were delivered. I can't track through USPS as China Post as a different sequence of letters and numbers. When I contacted them, they have refused to give me a USPS tracking number and told me I would not get a refund due to people scamming them!!!!! They asked for proof they didn't arrive. Now can anyone do that. You can't prove a negative. Lesson learned but Facebook must do something about this! Furious about being scammed and trying to get answers.

Tracking is false refused refund. Said delivered on. Sunday when I was home all weekend. Can’t get $$back.

Don’t fall for it! It’s never going to come!!

Zero stars - placed an order for plants on 1/7/24 after seeing an ad on social media which appeared to be believable. Shipping was supposed to take 7-12 days at most. Received a tracking number but over a month later, no items have been received. I did search to see if there were any negative reviews prior to purchasing and didn’t see any. Glad to see folks are posting on Trust Pilot.

Placed order (plants) 25th Dec and received shipping confirmation with tracking number few days after. Today, a month later the tracking updated to delivered, however did not receive parcel and doubt that the plants are ok after such a long period. I messaged the contact email and also China Post. However if I don‘t receive any response or parcel, I will request my bank to transfer the money back. Will update this review later.

Updated: never received a response nor the parcel. Was able to get a refund via my bank.

The website is a scam.
They will take your order, even send you a shipping number, but nothing will ever arrive and when you contact them, they will not answer. You will never get product not a refund.
