Company representatives took the time each time we talked to explain everything in great detail. They were super helpful and help guide me through the process every step of the way. Opening a gold and silver IRA was much easier than I expected. The representative was not a pushy salesperson. But really took time to educate me on all the options and allowed me to make the one that best suited my needs.

Dislikes: 1. Communications are terrible; customer is not notified when a structured settlement matures and not notified when a new one is added.
2. when funds are sent via ACH to my bank, they lumped together and not itemized to identify which structured settlements have paid out.

Projected trust and genuin concern for what I was trying to accomplish

I will be closing out my business with them as I did not receive my annual bill, or even the first late fee notice, and when I called to report that I had not received any bills until a second late fee bill came through, I was told they made no exceptions on fees until a customer had been with them 5 years, even if it was not the customer's fault. If that's their policy, fine, but I don't do business with people who fail to notify someone of a bill and then rack up late fees.

In the stress I experience from the company that held my funds (e.j.) which appeared to be vague, indifferent, putting the burden of the process of transferring my money to your company & Birch Gold is the difference between stormy nights to sunny days. Thank you for your patience & clarification as opposed to the entangled snares from e.j.

Gold Star was very efficient at getting my account set up. Funding went smoothly. Now the metal dealer needs to be paid and we will be all set.
