The GoldMonkeys Omdömen

I had doubts and concerns as I've never used anything like this before but the reviews were good and the prices paid seemed to be the best around. I was reassured all along the way. My constant messages were answered almost immediately with a personal, friendly reply. I had nothing to worry about at all. They paid me far more than I was expecting, almost immediately after I had agreed the offer. I will definitely recommend and use again. Thank you.

Amazing service! Absolutely seamless process. On receipt of my gold I was paid the price quoted and the funds were in my bank as soon as I accepted the offer. I was quoted 50% of the price by a high street jeweler so I’m very pleased with this service and would highly recommend for selling unwanted gold items.

Speedy service and really happy with the price given!

The service I received from GoldMonkey was quick, efficient, and very fair. The price they paid me was more than initially offered as the weight of the gold was slightly higher than I estimated, and the price of gold had increased slightly also. Would definitely recommend.

The service provided was professional, efficient, and highly reliable. The process was smooth, transparent and handled with care throughout. I am satisfied with the overall experience and would confidently recommend their service.

Really easy to use and very quick payment

My gold and silver was received and a quote sent the day after Id sent it in the post. The quote was higher than originally given which was a nice surprise plus I got an extra £10 for sending the gold within 48hours. The payment was in my account the same day ! Very impressed with their service.

They were good on their price paid really quickly will definitely use them again

Very fast and professional and the offers are very good

Needed money for xmas and had an old gold ring that was just lying in box, I got in touch with these guys and they sent out an insured mail bag to send my gold into get a quote and within 1 day I had my very very fair money in my account ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Honestly, everything went without a hitch from beginning to end. Great communication. I cannot fault anything. What was advised/promised was all honoured. In fact prices had gone up a little and so I ended up with more than I had hoped. Having never sold my jewellery before , I was apprehensive about selling online but I would not hesitate to deal with them again and also to recommend them to others.

Perfect process. Had an amazing increased quote the same day they received the gold. Defo recommend

good all round deal and very polite staff.Thank you.

Perfect from start to finish. Was a little concerned doing this via post vs high street but Michael and Gold Monkeys made this process as smooth as it possibly could go with outstanding communication. If your considering a online gold buyer, then stick with these as you wont be disappointed!!

A very trustworthy company. I sent them an item that I thought wasn't very valuable, and they were honest, valuing it much more and even updating the gold price, which had risen in the days between sending and receiving the envelope. Excellent service. I recommend them and wish them much success.
