My Goldmoney email contact was Nikita Samant. Nikita's communication was always friendly, professional and punctual. A pleasure to communicate with.
Nikita assisted in Goldmoney resolving an accounting error in closing and finalizing my account in March 2026.

customer service is very good. I had an account for about 15 years and the representatives of Goldmoney were always there with help when I needed it. Response to questions is very quick.

Goldmoney is a scam. They keep charging a percentage every time I try to withdraw. They call them verification fees. But these fees are selective and predatory. I went broke trying to make things right...and according to them, I still owe an outrageous amount. Stay away from this company. It says it's based in Canada. That's not exactly true...part of their offices are in Canada. The others are in the British Virgin Isles. Once I found that out, I realized I would never see my money again.

This company is a scam. Thinking they are a reputable precious metal storage business, I purchased and stored gold with them in their Singapore vault in 2017 drawn in by the fact that they had no storage fees. Over the years, they added steep storage fees and unilaterally transferred my gold to their Toronto vault without my authority. They then decided to close down personal accounts such as mine and unilaterally liquidated my gold holdings in early 2025 just before the runup in gold prices. At the end, they took half my gold possession with their fees and sold my gold without my authorization just before the sudden surge in gold value so that they can pocket the appreciation themselves. When I called to complain, they said they have the right to do it in their agreement as they can unilaterally change their agreement without my consent. GoldMoney fails at its core mission, which is to store gold for its customers. Instead, they consider they have the right to your stored gold as their agreement allows them move it to any vault they want and sell it at any time they want by simply closing your account and freezing its value on that day. Just imagine a storage company that feels they have the right to relocate your stored possessions to wherever they want and to sell it whenever they want just by closing down your account. That's how GoldMoney operates.

Goldmoney has been very helpful during a challenging time as I transferred account ownership. The steps necessary were logical, protective and clear. The customer was quick and clear as well.

1. Ich zahlte Geld ein um ggf. Metall zu kaufen , wenn ich es möchte!
2. Ich wollte kein Metall kaufen und durfte mein eigenes Geld nicht zurück auf mein Bankkonto überweisen.
3. Ich kaufte zwangsläufig Gold und Silber .
4. Es waren nicht nur 0,25 Prozent sondern es gibt eine monatliche Mindest (Zwangsgebühr)Gebühr von ca. 10 US Dollar.
5. Ich habe jetzt zwangsverkauft weil die Gebühren mein Guthaben ca. 550 Euro Einsatz an Gold und Silber Verzehren. Ich habe nach ca. 8 Wochen 20 % Verlust für h die Zwangsgebühr und den Zwangsverkauf gemacht.
6. Ich hoffe ich bekomme jetzt die 80 Prozent, habe Orders zum Verkauf gesetzt , sonst muss ich einen Anwalt einschalten.
Nachtrag:
Die Gebühren habe ich nie gesehen, stehen wahrscheinlich versteckt irgendwo.
Ich habe eben den Rest von 550 Euro was noch 465 Euro sind zurück überwiesen auf mein Konto meiner Bank und es gibt eine Gebühr von 25 Euro!!!
Morgen werden ich versuchen das Konto zu kündigen, bestimmt gibt es eine Gebühr.

I had a great experience with Ankush Bal who is a relationship manager at GoldMoney. My wife and I haven't used my account In many years and needed to go through a verification process. Nobody likes these things, but Ankush was very responsive and helpful and we managed to unlock the account. Thank You Ankush :-)

After that my father passed away, my mother and I have been in contact with Ankush from their customer service. Of course they needed the official documents, but overall they uploading and review process went pretty quick and I am happy how they helped us so well.

My funds transfer was intimated to Goldmoney on 24 Feb 2026 and the wire was received in my offshore bank account on 25 Feb 2026. Needed to add a joint account holder which all went smoothly. Timely and friendly interaction, following due diligence to move throught he proper process.

I don’t normally visit the site often. So, when I do go, I basically have to ask redundant questions. Their relationship manager, Nikita Samant, answers my questions patiently. She must attend to quite a few questions on a daily basis.

I recently had the opportunity to work with Ankush based in Toronto with Goldmoney. She went above and beyond in my account set-up and helping me navigate through the key functions. Well done!

Have been a client of Goldmoney for over 17 years now and have always found them to be responsive and quick to resolve any issues that might occur. If they are super busy, they will reply that someone will get back to you within one business day and I have found that to be the case in every instance.

UPDATE: My direct issue has been solved by direct communication through the secure in-app mail and the transfer has been made.
This leaves me with the other obstacles. Since the sales of Goldmoney by the previous owner, storage prices have been creeping up, OUTGOING money transfers have been delayed, with a hefty cost for doing that.
GBP to GBP bank transfers should be free, maybe a small admin fee?
As I said, I have been a happy customer for many years, but I will start looking around for other options.

UPDATE: I was promised to get a call from a customer representative today. Nothing happened.

I am a customer for a very long time, but my experience with Goldmoney.com has been on a slippery slope for some time. It is difficult to get your money out, there are always some obstacles that apparently do not exist when wiring money in. It is difficult to get in touch, I am now already waiting for many days to finish my bank transfer and I still do not know what the issue is. Time to consider some alternatives
