They must be a greedy, money hungry group of people, I signed up March 6, 2026 to put my house in a trust. March 10th (1 business day later) as the instability in the country is increasing with the war, My children and myself have decided that it would be better to sell the house and move to a remote place. I told them that I have changed my mind about the trust, but I was told that the process is already started, (was sent a welcome letter,2 videos, and a link to start the process that I have not touched yet ) , I am not entitled to have my $1500.00 or part of it back.
Stay away from GoGetters, they do not inspire trust, once they put their hands on your money, service or no service, it’s gone.

We all make mistakes that's life. I had a problem over an Order. The management got involved and remedied the problem speedily and professionally. Highly recommend!

GG really go above and beyond for customers. Even during a busy Friday evening they still have that human touch and was able to get my query sorted. I think it's great how a local company can out compete other apps. Will be using again for sure!

Was asked for a survey after my order and gave 3 stars as it took over an hour for my food to arrive. Gogetters left me 2 voicemails the following day regarding my review stating it didn't take over an hour as the driver was dispatched at 17:56 and my order was delivered at 18:09. It must be irrelevant that I ordered my food at 17:00 and my eta from the restaurant was changed 10 minutes after my order advising "they won't start prepping my order until the driver is dispatched" The food was still hot when it arrived so it was no biggy but I'm still giving 3 stars as I don't expect to be pestered to discuss my review.

Awful experience - customer service wxperience is non-existent - I would avoid

there price mark ups are a scam,
I was ill and wanted to order from my favourite local Chinese but when I looked at the prices on gogetters (price £12.45) vs the store (price £8.10)and that was for just one item with the rest around the same mark up without even including other fees.
its safe to say im not paying double the normal rate just for using their service

Refuse to honor offer, emailed today with offer of £7 off next three orders (no T&Cs) but wouldn’t work. When contacted via chat refused to honor as had used similar offer before. Very misleading.

Great service, we were missing a burger from our order (we made do) so I notified them afterwards and they have resolved this so quickly and left me a voicemail notifying me of this resolution, thanks to the customer service team 10/10.

I’ve been working as a Go Getters driver for over a year now, and it’s been a great way to earn extra income. The flexibility is awesome. You can choose your own shifts, but you book onto slots rather than it being an open clock-in system. The sign-up process was quick and easy, and the platform is very user friendly. Overall, I’d definitely recommend Go Getters to anyone looking for a stress free, flexible way to earn extra money!

Food was delivered late and cold

Awful company to deal with! Had issues with food and every time we try to contact them they never reply! We have called the food vendor to which they were really helpful but GoGetters are shocking at communicating! Would never use them again!

Ordered again with Go Getter’s driver very helpful and polite restaurant had a problem with my order the driver contacted myself so that the restaurant could discuss an alternative option 1st class service

Have been using GoGetters for orders for multiple years, have never had any issues that warrant anything other than a 5* review. They have great independent restaurants and they employ local drivers, have always had a pleasure dealing with the drivers and the staff if I needed to.

I Order from GoGetters at least 3 to 4 Times a week from the Stevenage and Letchworth Area and the Service is always 5 Star. The Drivers are mostly always professional make sure i always get my food, fresh and on time. The Staff in the Gogetters office are always a great help and if there is any problems with my order they always keep me updated. I would say overall Gogetters is one of the top company's in the U.K to order your food from and they also have exclusive restaurants you can order from that you can't find anywhere else.

Always received a high quality standard from GoGetters, love that it’s local restaurants not chains! The food is delivered in a timely manner and the drivers are polite and friendly especially Paul who regularly delivers in Hitchin, very prompt!
If I had anything negative to say it would be the delivery fees, especially if you are ordering on a regular basis. Maybe look into doing a monthly subscription to cover delivery fees… just a thought.

Ordered a pizzas from a pizza van in Bengeo best pizzas in Hertford everything went well easy to order would definitely recommend GoGetters. Have had a lot of issues with deliveroo happy to now find a delivery company that supports the local community and delivers hot food to me

Applied to be a GoGetters driver after seeing an advertisement on indeed that they were recruiting.
Had several conversations with a pleasant young man called jack.
The process was smooth and didn’t take to long for jack to contact me regarding my application.
Went to the office to collect my GoGetters hot bag and met a couple of the office staff whilst I was there, and they were very friendly and chatty.
Have already done a handful of shifts and really happy with how the company operates.
Will be recommending GoGetters to friends and family if they are looking for a part time job.

They seem to take around 1hr 30 for all deliveries, always forget something and charge more than a taxi to deliver.
