Great insurance
Great insurance. I was able to tailor it to my belongings and talk to someone about what should and should not be included. It meant I was getting the best price and accurate valuation of my possessions.

Best Ever Home Insurance Experience Over Course Of Last 35 Years
In addition to echoing comments made by previous reviewers, I can honestly say over the course of 35 years taking out policies, accounts, contacting companies, organisations never have I had such near instant replies, responses via online chat, webmail, email before, during and after, in addition to an overall excellent Insurance policy cost

Quick and easy claims!
Accidentally broke my screen on NYE, so thankfully I took out accidental damage cover. I called their customer services who were super friendly and they were very flexible and quick to deal with my claim. A DPD guy came to my work the next day to collect the phone and I got it back two days later. They also gave me the option to go into an apple store myself which I didn't have time for. Overall, highly recommend!

Highly recommend! Easy to do and the video was quick and efficient way to log items in house. Staff are very friendly and helpful! And the correspondence by email has been very efficient too

I was slightly hesitant when I heard I had to do a video survey for my insurance policy, I must admit it came as a bit of a shock! However my surveyor was charming and made me feel very comfortable. Now the best thing about it is I now know all my possessions are fully insured and if I make a claim I can be paid out faster than you can say Bobs your uncle, no receipts no hassle it’s on the video. The pricing was very reasonable as well, I shopped around for a few days and it was the cheapest quote I could find!
