We really enjoyed our Harbour Tour (1h)! The boat was nice and clean, and pretty new. Fully electric so also environmental-friendly.
The captain was very friendly and he told us many curiosity on Copenhagen buildings and their stories.
If you booked some picnic drinks/food, remind them at the check-in counter.
You'll love the experience:)

This boat tour was fantastic. It was relaxing, well organized and informative. We traveled with our 3 young children (ages 1, 3, and 5) and they have life jackets for them to wear that fit. Our captain, Jullian, was so great and accommodating. He was informative and very pleasant.

Check in was as easy as arrive, let them know you’re there, and they put you on a boat.

The electric boats were nice as there was no exhaust or fumes. The engine was quiet, and the boat barely rocked at all during the tour.

I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting to get a relatively quick, broad view of Copenhagen from the water.

Would do it again!

We made a guided one hour tour and it was so nice, informative and the driver was really sweet, thanks for this adventure ☺️

Horrible experience. We were a group of three adults and three small children. We have never steered such a boat but were told, no previous experience needed. After a short intro, they also mentioned that in the case of emergency or accident we should call them. When we started to drive the boat, it was already hard to steer it at all in the right direction. We tried to steer in a small canal as suggested in the route plan. However it was extremely difficult and after 20 min we gave up and went back. All in all it was a very scary experience. In the end, we managed to get back somehow. Upon arrival one of the workers entered the boat to help us park the boat. She said she wasn't sure if the boat had a problem because it felt weird when steering. A second girl came to help too but told me she thought everything was ok with the engine. She also said we should leave the boat and talk to the manager about the experience. Well, there was no understanding whatsoever. When we said that we had only used 30 min of the 60 min booked due to the trouble of steering, the manager just shrugged his shoulders, telling us there was nothing he could do. He just told us, we should have called them - which we didn't do since it wasn't an emergency. It was really disappointing a) because we were looking forward to a nice experience, which it unfortunately was not b) we paid 85€ for a scary 30 min drive where we just hoped not to have some kind of accident with small kids on the boat c) because the staff was not helpful or friendly at all: first admitting the boat feels weird when steering and then shrugging their shoulders and telling us there was nothing they could do. So, if you have never done this before and you have kids with you, not recommended at all. Big disappointment!

Our captain Julian made sure we knew all the important infos during our tour and has lots of fun tid bits to tell as well! He's a great tour guide and we had a really great time. 10/10 highly recommend!
Make sure to bring you rain coat, you never know!

We were excited for this activity but went away angry and feeling ripped off. Actually feel like we were robbed twice. You can never be sure of the weather in Copenhagen and it was supposed to be sunny but wound up raining and cold. We asked for a refund and they said they don’t give refunds even if it’s raining. Had we known that we wouldn’t have bought tickets in advance which you have to do if you want to get a boat on most days. How can you refuse refunds for boat rides that won’t be bought by anyone else because it’s raining? The first theft! We were told that they were watching the weather and the rain would stop in about 20 minutes but it never did. It got lighter for a short while and we saw other people with ponchos coming back. We’d spent almost $300 on the trip so rather than lose the money we decided to go out thinking the rain would let up, it didn’t. So we asked for 3 of the ponchos we saw other people wearing. They said sure and pulled out three tiny packets of the thinnest cheapest plastic ponchos that didn’t go past your butt and THEY CHARGED US $6 FOR EACH ONE!! The second theft! Talk about adding insult to injury these scumbags capitalize further on their non refundable boat rides by charging you more money for what is essentially the thinnest cheapest plastic garbage bags with a hole on the end and a hood that doesn’t cover your head. Guarantee you these ponchos cost them about 30 cents a piece yet they charge the ridiculous sum. At the very least if you won’t refund my money give me the crappy plastic poncho for free. Absolute scumbag move. On top of all that they hardly give you any instructions except forward, reverse and then tell you that if you hold the rudder slightly wrong the whole thing will pop out of the mechanism which it did multiple times when we were underway. Horribly unsafe. I can’t believe this place has decent reviews on here or that it’s still open. If you insist on going just please don’t book in advance or you’ll quite possibly have an experience as bad or worse than ours. And also if you want a better trip don’t use a boat with hand rudder. They have other boats with steering wheels which are probably better but I bet if you turn them to far to the right the whole helm collapses! Thanks for ruining one of our 7 days in Copenhagen go boat! Hope you go out of business soon!

The one-hour harbour tour with guide is great

Our captain Baltasar William was amazing. He welcomed us on board and guided us just as local - telling where he grew up, why he loves living CPH, telling interesting stories. 1 hour went too fast!
We enjoyed it to the maximum.

Excellent. We had a lovely hour on a very comfortable boat. There were 2 of us and 6 other people plus our captain Sebastian. Everyone was very friendly and I think we all agreed it had been an informative and interesting trip. A good way to see and begin to understand the waterways of Copenhagen.

Min familie og jeg havde lejet en båd 21/6 ml 19-21 båd nr 15 😉 på min fødselsdag. Jeg må rose Jer til skyerne for jeres venlighed og imødekommenhed overfor os. Især rigtigt meget til den pige, som hjalp min mor på 86 år op og ned i båden. Det var så rørende at se og mærke den hjælpsomhed på en rigtig travl og varm aften med mange mennesker. Stor ror til jeres personale, som jeg håber bliver givet videre.😊

Great captain, super knowledgeable and passionate about the history of the city

Vi havde en rigtig dejlig tur med GoBoat, som var en af højdepunkterne på dagen. Det var nemt at komme i gang, og båden var både stabil og let at styre, selv for os der ikke har sejlet før. Turen gennem Københavns kanaler gav os mulighed for at se byen fra en helt ny vinkel, og det var en afslappet og hyggelig måde at være sammen på.

Bordet i midten af båden gjorde det oplagt at tage snacks og drikkevarer med, og der var god plads til hele gruppen. Stemningen var afslappet, og det var tydeligt, at både udstyr og service var i orden.

Alt i alt en skøn oplevelse, som vi varmt kan anbefale til både turister og lokale, der vil have en anderledes og hyggelig tur på vandet i hjertet af København.

Havde booket sejlads i århus til morsdag som blev aflyst få dage før fordi de ikke var klar til åbning endnu (noget med ødelagt dook) idag skulle vi sejle i stedet, dette bliver aflyst 4 timer før sejlads pga en personale har sygemeldt sig. Det kan ikke passe at en virksomhed går i stå fordi 1 person er syg

Rigtig hyggelig og god tur. Det giver meget at man ikke er så mange og at båden ikke larmer. Det eneste der trækker ned var vores guides viden var begrænset. Vi kunne supplere med mere viden til de udlandske turister, men ellers var guiden sød og behagelig.

I can present two seperate experiences with GoBoat. Both are incredibly disappointing. First of all I hosted an event in a GoBoat around a year ago where the battery died approximately half way through the tour. This was not compensated in any way and caused a great delay and cancellation of our subsequent plans for the day. Second of all, I've bought a gift card for a friend, which apparently has a very short expiration date. She has struggled a lot getting people together and when they finally found a date, which was a few days after the expiration date, she contacted the GoBoat support who told her there was nothing to do about it. This is absolutely ridiculous and an unacceptable way to treat your customers. We are now trying to get rid of the gift card and will do everything we can to avoid this company in the future. Congratulations on your one star GoBoat.

It was costlier, with guide as I and my friends didn’t have experience to row the boat.
