AI Repricing Doesn't Work. Only 1 SKU per ASIN is Repriced.

AI repricer made sales drop 50%. It was only matching but competition had Prime and we didn't so we never got sales. We then switched to rule based and used AI repricer setting as match rule. However, Aura wouldn't price sync and they'd price the FBM offer less than FBA offer causing FBA stock to get stuck and for lack of sales. Then we noticed AI repricer (Match rule) toggling between $179.00 and $179.99 for $159.99/$179.99/Match setting and competitor got buy box for 2 weeks straight at $171.83 causing our 273 fba not to sell at all. At this point, we closed the account and switched back to Amazon repricer which actually works and has price syncing of the active SKUs. Only issue with Amazon's is it won't price recover back up to max unless we reset it which we do in morning and evenings each business day. Our business suffered greatly because of Aura. They would always say that's how its supposed to be when we contacted them. We gave them every opportunity to fix their issues but they wouldn't. I wouldn't recommend this repricer to anyone. Its the worst on the market. They pride for having AI repricing but all it does it match the lowest new price. Therefore, you must use rules and their schedule which for us we set it to do either AI repricer (which would match) when we had FBA stock or when we didn't have FBA stock then we'd do 2hr 50min of a beat rule (by 1% or 2%) then 10 minutes of AI repricing (Match) and we uploaded feeds on morning and evening where our system would update the rule from beat by 1% to beat by 2% if the former wasn't getting buy box and we had it set to go to max price once it hit min price too. We noticed their software messing up when we did beat rule all the time which is why we had to add the 10min of AI/Match for every 3hr of run time. In short, we were constantly on our heels making tweaks and coming up with new strategies just to get this horrible software to work and in the end it was so broken we had to make the call to just go back to Amazon's repricer. At this point, they need to fix all their issues, give us a free trial so we can verify they fixed everything and only then would I consider revising or removing this review. Other Amazon sellers should know what they are getting into and not be misled by paid sponsor articles that are abundant online.

I highly recommend it.

This software definitively gave me an advantage over my wholesale competitors on Amazon. I was able to win the Amazon Buy box most of the time. The company is quick to respond and address any issue you may run into. I highly recommend it.

Software had potential - but with no improvements in years and deteriorating customer service, I would no longer recommend it to anyone

I signed up for the software about 2.5 years ago - it was brand new, there were two guys I think. Super supportive, gladly got on a call with me and spent an hour and a half showing me around. I tested the software, pointed out things I thought were missing - they said - oh, yeah. it's brand new. everything you mentioned is on our list to be fixed in the next few weeks. Two years later - that's still not the case and many valuable features are missing.

But you end up building your business around the software so leaving it is challenging without incurring a lot of work to redo your internal processes. As such I continued to put up with it.

What really got to me is that their support has been deteriorating. They will no longer get on a call with you. Some features, which you would think should be a given - i.e. identifying which items were not able to properly upload from your list - they refust to implement and now - the final straw for me was an issue in which the software will not upload some of my SKUs. I spent many days discussing it - they were giving me every excuse in the book, to blame it on the ulopad file I am submitting. In the end, unable to identify either what's wrong with my file or admit the glitch on their end, they closed the ticket without any solution for me at all!
