Di nakakashare ng load from globeone app to other globe number. Di malink load balance from globeone app to gcash app dapat sync yung balance. Di magamit para makaload using your own load to transfer from other globe number. Wala ng reward points pag nagloload. Wala ding kwenta data mabagal. Pangit ng service. Pati sa wifi. Sobra sobra maningil. Naka plan ka pero pag payment na sobra sa plan mo yung bill mo. Pro rated daw kaya malaki. Kahit wala kayong land like laptop or desktop puro Cp lang naka connect sa wifi nyo. Pag bayaran mabilis at disconnection ng broadband. Kahit fully paid ka may sobra sa plan mo maningil sila, pag magkakabit napakatagal pero nag rurun na binayad mo para sa next billing period di parin bumabalik connection, nag 3 days na, follow up ka ng follow up ng tawag walang nag sosolve ng issue. Palpak lagi. Walang kwentang network ng bansa. Puro pandurugas ang alam.

I bought an Esim online in the UK. I am unable to download it and there is nobody at the company to speak to. I paid £25 and it was a waste of money. Don't make the same mistake I did.

Service is paid early
Service is paid early. But I can't even get a personalised response why my internet 🛜 service is not working. A tech visit is not a resolution. An automated response from your agents aside from Gie is not helping a paying customer in need. Work from home is my source for payments and I get automatic responses from a script. It's 2025 and it's the same awful service from your CS department. Expected downtime or not you still expect me to pay full amount. A company lost in their own policy. No internet service and experience is getting worse every day. Good luck with this customer we ain't helping you today is what I got today. Please wait until a technician visits and there may be delays if something unexpected happens within the day. Goodness what did I expect from all that automated crap. You didn't respond appropriately and you close the ticket as resolved.

This store should be investigated by the NBI or Police. I was approached by 3 distressed customers today at this store and all about money being taken from their bank accounts yet they had no account with Globe! Meanwhile my wife was insulted and then lied to by a so called customer service representative who tried to get cash for a service we didn't even ask for! I told the sales representative to be careful as that is an attempt to obtain money from the public using lies and deception. I was laughed at then ignored but that's not all I was also insulted by that sales girl who in my opinion should be fired for attempting to illegally obtain money from my wife. Customers were all complaining at the 4 hours YES 4 HOURS WAITING TIME and no wonder! I watched an invalid being treated like dirt by sales people while other staff laughed at the ridiculous way people are being abused neglected and even told to shut up. This shop needs to be CLOSED IMMEDIATELY same as the GLOBE office in Rockwell and all for the same reasons.....ABUSE OF THE PUBLIC!!!!! AVOID THIS PLACE!!! The staff are arrogant and tell lies like it's okay. One customer from the USA told me his personal information had been released to a company in China who knew his bank account details!!!!!! That is the evidence that the staff are selling private information for money to China!!! An investigation team will ne watching the staff and posing as Customers so it would not be long until action is taken same as happened at Rockwell.

roaming service not working, customer service unresponsive
I have purchased a Roaming Australia on December 6. When I arrived, it did not work, I escalated it to them 3 days in a row and all i received was it is being reviewed and they will get back to me. I went back on December 15, without able to use their roaming service. No one contacted me at all! And now I am requesting for refund and this is their response.
Thank you for patiently waiting. I would like to inform you that your follow-up concern was already closed due to incomplete information. Also, you should be abroad to be able to refund it again as a promo. As much as I want to do another escalation for it, I am saddened to say that the promo has already expired. Thank you for your deeper understanding. Do you have other concerns apart from this?

Their help center doesn’t help at all. Can’t submit payments using a visa card on their sht app. Calling their hotline number is also sht because a robot answers the call and gives you choices that’s not about your concern at all.
The money and time Globe costed me
I'll try to make this short. I had Globe at Home one year. Tried to shut it off Sept 5 24. Finally after many messages and 2 trips to Globe stores I had the service stopped Sep13. However, that was not the end. Globe continued billing me and shut my service off in Oct 24. (Which was not in use) Followed by now harassment from a collection agency. After many conversations with them, I returned to a Globe store Oct 29th. After a 2 hour wait- I was 4th person in the SM City-Cebu the representative resolved the issue. Everyone at the Globe stores were very nice and helpful, but my three trips there costed me at least 1100 pesos via Grab and a good full day and 1/2 in my time. There needs to be a better way for at Home customers to resolve such issues. Being number 4 in line and waiting 2hours is unacceptable. Globe gives Senior Citizens priority, therefore 5 that came in long after I did were seen before I was. Now I understand that if a person is handicap or ill etc.. but 4 of those were perfectly health and a couple younger than I.

If I could give negative stars, I would like come on. People are paying for your service and you keep on disconnecting anytime of the day. People are busy and needs to do their work. While globe sits still and trolls people by cutting the internet for 10 mins just to continue it later on when their customers already suffered, money hungry people. So F**** STUPID.
