Useless having their SIM card specially if u have GCash account and u r in oversea roaming u have enough load to sustain the number still they still want u to load it inorder to sustain the number for your GCash account if not they will cut off your phone number without any prior notice . I’ve been contacting their customer service but they just gave me useless advises now they gave my phone number even my phone number registered Under my name and the worse thing I couldn’t open my GCash acct anymore coz I have to activate using otp so now my money in that GCash account were taken.. a full of scam. I’ve been a Globe user for a while
I’ve been a Globe user for a while, and their service has been steady and improving. Internet speed is consistent, and customer support responds quickly through the app or Messenger. There’s still room to shorten hotline wait times, but overall, Globe is reliable and easy to deal with.

Two star because they can reach farther areas compared to Smart. However, still slow internet connection.

This company is no longer seeking good services. It's mobile plans are a fake. I loaded the GOEXTRA109 that should have 14GB of data, but Ionly got 4GB. I received SMS that I should register to get more data but got a response that I entered an incorrect code even though it was correct. Fake advertisement.

Unfortunately I have to agree with everyone else, almost impossible to contact, hopeless support, and impossible to pay if you don't have GCash. I actually don't care about your speed or whatever, I just want to be able to contact you and pay you easily.

Avoid this company if possible. After-sales support is zero. I mean, there is no after-sales support. They don't care about users and consumers, especially if you are an individual account like prepaid concerns!

Not worth to buy
I must say the data equivalent is low, the data consumption is very fast and not worth it. Data is not accurate when you check the globe one app it still has 4gb over 7gb but it doesn't work. It really needs improvement. Philippines is facing corruption now, I hope it doesn't goes in this. IMPROVE GLOBE!

BAD SSRVICE
We’ve had no internet for over two weeks despite multiple repair requests and payment. No technician has shown up. Appointments are rescheduled without notice, and there’s no way to speak to a real person. This is unacceptable.
We rely on internet to work remotely. Your failure to deliver basic service shows a lack of respect for your customers. We are now considering switching providers.
We demand a refund for the downtime and immediate resolution of this issue
The worst telecom companies I’ve ever dealt with
I bought a Globe physical SIM card as soon as I arrived in the Philippines and paid for the 3-day 5GB plan. It never activated. Thinking the SIM might be faulty, I paid again for the eSIM, but that didn’t work either. Now I’ve paid twice, have no internet, and can’t even purchase a new plan — every attempt gives me an error.
What makes it even worse is their nonexistent customer support. The only way to “contact” Globe is through a useless Facebook bot that just loops through preset options and never connects you with a human. There’s no real help, no follow-up, and no accountability.
I’ve wasted money, time, and energy, and still don’t have basic mobile service. If you’re a tourist or resident, avoid Globe at all costs. There are much more reliable alternatives like Smart.
Globe unlimited waste of time and money
Buyed à local SIM card, has to register it by local ID (ok my fault, my passport don’t accepted). Even after that was just able to buy a bundle with all « unlimited call and data » but unable to find a simple load for a gsm call to my old mom who don’t use data but a normal phone (yeah you know that old stuff). Even with multiple attempt from locals and my wife relatives. I’m about to use swisscom expensive roaming to call because I’m just p**ed off. Actually it’s nice to give all inclusive when there is no network at all, any rain makes the LTE or 3G antenna switch off, yeah let’s call it « it’s more fun in Philippine ». Luckily I still have my ESIM with data from Ubigi that works (if there is smart network… not in some remote places). Even chat GPT can’t help me that time.

I’ve received no proper assistance. To make things worse, the customer service I encountered was rude and unhelpful.
I expected better from Globe. This experience has been incredibly stressful and disappointing.
