Shipping to Spain very fast, some great prices are my reference to alchemy stuff

Not only does this company have great prices, they know how customer service is done.

When they made a mistake and sent the wrong thing to a friend in Australia, they did their best to minimise inconvenience. They posted out the correct item, which arrived on the other side of the world within five days, they apologised genuinely and profusely, rather than making excuses, and they insisted that my friend keep the mistaken item, a necklace worth more than £40.

I'll be shopping there in future, because I know that even if something does go wrong, they'll put it right with minimal inconvenience and expense.

The website is well presented, easy to use and sells good products and good prices, but the thing I like most about the website is that they value customer service and have our best interests at heart.

This company has a great range of products including hard to find items. They not only sell at a competitive price but thier customer service is beyond compare. They deal with all sales quickly and efficiently and offer the best care that I have seen from any internet based 'alchemy gothic' supplier. I highly recommend to all and happily declare that they are not only better than most of Ebay suppliers, they are cheaper too, which is a major boon in todays economical mess.

I have ordered one item from this company before and the delivery, customer service and the product itself were absolutely great! The product range is very wide and could suit many tastes. One suggestion could be maybe to include more payment methods.

Prompt delivery, excellent service and products to die for! I know where I'll be buying my Alchemy gothic things from in future!

They have a wonderful choice of jewellery, great customer service and very fast shipping, both local and international. It's the only place where I found quality products that are up to more elaborate standards. Keep up the good work, my friends and I love it!

I have bought 2 items myself off of them . 2 of which being necklaces for my girlfriend. My father had also seen the sheer quality of this jewellery and ordered a necklace for my girlfriend also as a birthday present as he had no idea on what to get her. This company provides the best jewellery that i've ever seen and provides the jewellery that i wish to see everywhere but isn't!

I recently stumbled upon this web shop. I must say their prices for the Alchemy Gothic jewelry is unbeatable! Besides the prices, the website is very nicely made, easy to navigate and their shipping rates seem reasonable, too. Hope to make a purchase next month, can't wait!

I brought a pair of earrings late Tuesday night and they arrived first thing on Thursday. There was so much I wanted to order but had to restrain myself. I will definately be ordering more....lots more

Site is easy-to-navigate, with all the required information listed. Customer service is top-notch, very polite with fast replies. Shipping speed is excellent even though it's free and international shipping all the way to Southeast Asia. And lastly, GORGEOUS JEWELLERY available! 5 stars!

I honestly have to say that the quality of the service and the products that Glitter Goth offer was truly amazing. Last December, right before Xmas, my friend was emigrating to the sunny shores of Perth in Western Australia...and before she went I had seen a beautifulTaranepona necklace which I knew my friend would have loved. I ordered it but GG service was so efficent, it tried to be delivered the very next day (but I was away for a few days) but as soon as I had returned, I went down to collect only to find that my post office had already returned it. I contacted GG via email and honestly hadn't even left the shop yet - only to be emailed that when it returned to GG "did I want it to be sent on to Australia, to meet my friend when she arrived as that was the only one they had as it was a vintage piece" which I thought was lovely. I agreed with GG for it to be returned to my home address as I still had a week or so before she left. I was constanly kept upto date by Abi and true to their word...my necklace arrived without fail. Fabulous choice, fabulous quality and outstanding customer service...and trust me guys after 20 years working with clients (worked in ad agencies and now back studying for a BA in Media and Communications) I know what matters, counts and works well with the public and these guys would get 10/10 everytime from me!

Glitter Goth carries a truly magnificent collection of steam punk, fantasy, gothic, and generally awesome jewelry for unbelievable prices. I spend a lot of time drooling over their website and wishing I could afford to buy half the stuff they carry.
