plastic packing
The product was good but I was rather annoyed with the plastic packing material. It was far too much and that I have to fill my landfill bin with big three bin bags.
Felt guilty to do this. Is there any other material you can use, like recycled paper or bio-degradable plastic?

Incredible service
Incredible service! I order a gift set with engraving for a 30th Birthday of a friend. We have only limited time to receive it and I called the Glencairn team to ask if they can expedite the order for less than 14 days. They were so kind on the phone and so lovely!!!
Not only they organised everything, but they also did not want me to pay anything! 100% recommend them and team, they were wonderful! The gift came on time and was amazing! Thank you!

Great quality gift set
Bought the travel set of 2 engraved cut glass whisky glasses. Great quality and the case just gives them a more special feel. Part of a 50th birthday gift which I’m sure will be well received.
