I don't care what anyone says
I don't care what anyone says. Bradley and his team treated me really well. I was sceptical, of course, having to send the phone off - you feel like you have lost control as soon as you post it...but WOW! They kept me well informed of how the whole transaction was progressing at every step - even prompting me when the Royal Mail were later than expected delivering my phone to them. These guys are great, you should use them!

In times when you doubt any service and nothing works I have to say this service was great! I got a quote, sent my phone in - got paid! Quick, easy, no problem, none of the issues with re-evaluation that so many of my friends had with other companies. Would definitely use again.

Good price offered and easy site to use
This site is so easy to use. Was provided with a free tracked delivery label to send my phone and within a few days received an email to confirm my funds were on their way and the funds arrived in my accound a couple of days later. Exactly what was promised for my model phone, in good condition. Would definitely recommend to others (already have to my husband!).

Really impressed with the service
Really impressed with the service. I sent my phone and it wasn't wiped properly so they offered to do it for me but I couldn't remember the passcode, and so they sent it back free of charge and then still honoured the price when I sent it back to them properly wiped. Thank you!

Problem free process
Process from start to finish was problem free. Was quoted £100 but my faulty phone but on arrival it wouldn’t activate. Gizmo contacted me immediately with a revised offer of £50 and payment was made an hour or so later. Can’t fault them.
