The professional & extremely helpful advice given to us by Demi whilst applying for power of attorney, made the process very easy.

I wish i could give 0 stars, the service i received from giles wilson was so bad i feel like i have been robbed of the money i payed them for my flat sale!

At first my lead contact dealing with the sale of my property was called sophia reddington, the communication during the whole tome was the worst i have ever experienced, 3 weeks just for a reply, blatant lieing saying she is awaiting the other side when she just couldnt be bothered to fill out the answers I immediately sent back (this took over a month just for her to reply to my buyer’s solicitors, a simple reply to questions she had to type up but lied for over 4 weeks)

Missed every deadline set, no chain, cash buyer took 17 weeks to complete.

It was so bad i contacted the owner melinda giles, the next day sophia finally called and seemed like she was getting things done. But aftwr 2 weeks this was just lies didnt do nothing at all. Infact, i was then called after 2 weeks that sophia had left the company, and gave no notice at all just called on a monday and said aint returning.

I will say once jodie took over she done a very good job, but this is because it was already extremely past the required completion date.

After completion, i followed the appropriate Chanel's to file a complaint about the way i was treated, lies upon lies with the companys owner melinda giles, she emailed and said to do a email complaint and she will look over and get back to me. Again with this company its been over 1 month, no reply despite me emailed 4 days ago for an update for my complaint that was sent 4 weeks ago.

I would recommend this company at all, my experience has been absolutely terrible, lies, and no replys at all

I strongly advise against relying on Giles Wilson Solicitors for an impartial review of a legal complaint.
My complaint against Dovaston Law was referred to them for external review, and the outcome was deeply unsatisfactory.
The solicitor handling the review, solicitor Melinda Giles, provided what I perceived to be an inadequate and dismissive response that seemed to prioritise protecting Dovaston Law over addressing the validity of my concerns.
Ms. Giles's letter asserted that I had no right to complain, despite the clear financial harm I experienced.
In my opinion, this response demonstrates a fundamental lack of fairness and casts serious doubt on Giles Wilson Solicitors' ability to provide an unbiased assessment of a complaint.
