I have had an excellent experience with Giant Umbrella Company, both in the past and whenever I have needed support since then.
I was previously connected with Giant Umbrella Company, and Hayley was incredibly helpful and supportive during that time. Even after my previous engagement, whenever I have needed a reference or any assistance, I have been able to contact Hayley, and she has always been more than happy to help.
Hayley provides an exceptional level of customer service. She is always professional, friendly, respectful and approachable, and genuinely takes the time to understand what I need and make sure everything is dealt with properly. Her continued support has made a real difference, and it is rare to come across someone who consistently provides this level of customer care.

Holiday pay
The members of staff I spoke to (Kayleigh & Courtney) with regards to this issue were very helpful and professional throughout.
The issue with my holiday pay was resolved after a couple of weeks fortunately.

Easy VoIP Move - Great Support
Been with Giant for our internet for a while and the service has always been excellent, so when the business grew and I needed a better VoIP setup they were the obvious choice. They ported our existing number over, and I can add more myself whenever we take someone new on. Bought an office handset, got the app on my mobile, and had support all the way through the set up. Both work brilliantly. What's surprised me most is how many extras come with it compared to our old provider, and for the same money. Setting up a "press 1 for sales" menu took minutes, calls ring on several phones at once so nothing gets missed, and anything out of hours drops into voicemail automatically. Well worth a look.
