I want to thank Eleanor Downey for her outstanding help getting my NOC sorted under a very tight deadline. I was under a lot of pressure with my visa application timeline, and Eleanor made sure everything was processed and sent over exactly when I needed it. She was responsive, understanding of the stress I was under, and made the whole process so much smoother. I couldn't have submitted my application on time without her help. I have had an excellent experience with Giant Umbrella Company, both in the past and whenever I have needed support since then.
I was previously connected with Giant Umbrella Company, and Hayley was incredibly helpful and supportive during that time. Even after my previous engagement, whenever I have needed a reference or any assistance, I have been able to contact Hayley, and she has always been more than happy to help.
Hayley provides an exceptional level of customer service. She is always professional, friendly, respectful and approachable, and genuinely takes the time to understand what I need and make sure everything is dealt with properly. Her continued support has made a real difference, and it is rare to come across someone who consistently provides this level of customer care.
