Helpful and efficient onboarding support
I had an issue during onboarding where the portal would not allow me to proceed past the P45 section, despite entering the required details. I contacted the onboarding team and received a quick and helpful response. They provided an alternative way to submit the document and arranged for it to be passed to payroll for processing.
The issue was handled efficiently and the communication was clear throughout. Very good onboarding support.

question about remaining holiday
Eleanor Downey solved my question right away. As my contract position is coming to an end for a permanent roll, I asked what happens to my outstanding holiday hours, and the answer is what I was hoping for :).
I have to say, each time I've had a question or an issue, "Giant Group" are always helpful and I always get an answer and sorted out my issues. They always do a good job :) its been a pleasure having to deal with them.

Been with Giant for nearly a year
Been with Giant for nearly a year. Always been able to contact someone to sort out any issues.
Rana has always been very helpful
Been paid on time and pension has been paid as per schedule .
The only reason not for 5 Stars is the extra cost of paying into a personal pension I think is a bit too much .
