I have contacted support on a few occasions and always had prompt response and communication until the issue is resolved.

Outstanding

Cannot praise Timely and the aftercare service enough. The system is saving me so much time and stress. Now my clients can go in book, cancel and reschedule themselves. I still have control. I feel it’s put my business on the next level. Easy to use and what your unsure of someone is always there to work through it with you and super fast getting back to you too!!!

Simple, Easy & Reliable!

I've been with Timely for years now with my hair salon, it's so simple to use, extremely easy to navigate and super reliable - especially if you need help as well, my problem was solved within the hour of asking how to do something, with simple instructions that I followed ease, cannot fault timely or the team of wonderful people behind the scenes!

Perfect for what I need

Easy to use, easy to set up, does everything I need and more. Looking at what the systems capabilities are has given me great ideas and has really helped my client retention.
I also think it’s reasonably priced.

A very quick response

Mike was very quick to respond, my questions were answered immediately and the situation was resolved then and there.
Could not have asked for a better result or experience. Great customer service and satisfaction right there.
Thank you again Mike and the team at Timely for producing such a great platform for salons.

Still recommending Timely after several years.

I've been using Timely for several years now and continue to be very happy with the system. Many of my clients comment on how easy it is to use and that it's very professional. I find it easy to use myself and very adaptable to my needs. Having the invoicing and payment option all in one place is great. The help videos are really good and the few times I've needed more assistance, the staff have been quick to answer my questions and offer the support I've needed. I definitely recommend Timely.

I have been using Timely for two years…

I have been using Timely for two years now. The support I have been given is second to none and, the program is so easy to use. I love the software and the people are amazing. I cannot recommend Timely highly enough. My only regret is that I did not have it years ago.

Highly recommended

I have been using Timely for 10 months now and I am very happy with this platform. I have used other booking systems which never felt right or the customer support wasn't the greatest. I like that I am able to intergrade with other apps and tools to make marketing easier as well as be able to connect the bookings with my google calendar. The support is also pretty good and they are very helpful.

I switched to GetTimely from Mindbody…

I switched to GetTimely from Mindbody Online... Was the single greatest business decision I've made in the last 25 years of being self employed.
GetTimely does everything. Online Bookings, Bookkeeping, Client Management System, Payment Gateway Integrated and and and... Everything you need and nothing you don't at a price the is respectful for small business owners.

I have been using Timely for just over…

I have been using Timely for just over a year and it was the best decision I have made. It makes booking appointments, sending reminders etc so easy, And that a deposit can be taken when they book is awesome, it has saved me so much time by not having to chase customers up. Highly recommend Timely

Don't know what I'd do without Timely

Don't know what I'd do without Timely! We've used this calendaring service for years and it's been super stable with regular improvements and updates. We are based in the US and get lightning quick support responses on the rare occasion we need them. I'm very satisfied and highly recommend them. We've tried all the others and Timely is far superior to any of their competition.
