I’ve been using Timely for my hair and beauty salon for years now and can honestly say it’s the best system I’ve ever had. I’ve had a few over the yeas and Timely is the easiest, best priced, most convenient system I’ve had. Not only that, the assistance and customer support is the best I’ve encountered. I would recommend it without any hesitation

Like an old sweater.
I've been using Timely for years--even if I wanted to change, I couldn't. Timely is like that old sweater that you can't toss away.
It's more than that, It's a great system and although it's not 100% suited to me business, it does everything for me including making my business admin a dream. I'm inherently lazy and if there's a system that looks after my bookings, payments and general admin, that's great for me.

I am new to Timely as a…
I am new to Timely as a counsellor/coach and at first thought this was not for me. I am not great at technology and wanted to have clients book themselves in and all payments be online, so that I could concentrate on what I need to do. Have to be honest and say at first I was a bit lost in how to set up but have been supported all the way through. Already it is working so well for me and I am not double booking, people are paying online. I know who has paid and who I need to follow up. It is showing me what I am actually earning. I do not have to remember anything because it is all there. So easy, once set up. Loving it. Thank you.

I love Timely! It is my 4th system in 3&1/2 Years and definitely the best! Customer service is always 100% and Timely has everything I need for my salon
Overall I really like Timely however…
Overall I really like Timely however there are some very basic things missing that i will mention here in the hope of improvement (all have been told to Timely on previous occasions with no resolution). The calendar does not go past 18 months so if you have something planned in 19 months time it's tough, you cannot enter it into Timely (a very easy fix); you can only have x1 email (the client, who will receive the email reminders) loaded which proves annoying when it is not the client paying for the service so I have had to stop email reminders and instead put the email of the person who pays for the service. Integration with xero is not 2-way so Timely does not get updated on when then service has been paid for, last issues for here is that unless you pay for premium service, which is harder for small businesses, there is a fair delay in getting to talk to somebody about a pressing issue with Timely . . . .I have a lots more I could mention here too! :-)
I LOVE Timely
I LOVE timely. sure there are other booking site that do similar things, but I feel like Timely Customer service is what makes it so great! Their user/set-up guides are made for those not tech savvy (they use lots of pictures and videos). They have a FB group for users too which help a ton!!

Get Timely has so much to offer, including the best calendar I have found in scheduling software. With 10 employees, this feature sets Get Timely apart from other providers. My business has enjoyed Get Timely for 7 years now.

Super fast customer support
We've been using Timely for years! Love everything about the software, didn't have any issues until the other day. When we noticed our sms reminders weren't being sent. Mike replied really quickly and had our sms issue sorted out straight away. Explaining how to fix it in easy to follow instructions and we had our sms reminders back on within 30mins. Really appreciated his help 🙌"

I’ve been using timely for over ten years,even though I’m in the golf business the booking system,messaging and customer contact is excellent

Easy to use but costly for staff
Easy to use, has a lot of great features.
However, there is no loyalty scheme for being with them for a long time.
I don't think it makes sense for it to cost an additional £30 per staff member, again, there is no form of loyal or reward for using their system.
I have seen there is an offer at the moment for new members to get 40% off for their first 6 months (yet why not offer this to those who've used you for years?)
Also, I think it would make sense to charge less for staff members who only work 1 day.

I've been using Timely for a number of years now and it has just made life so much easier. I am able to operate and manage my business from anywhere in the world just by means of a phone. Undoubtedly, I can highly recommend Timely.

Timely is a fantastic crm, we moved for multiple platforms to a single platform that work perfectly for our business from staff management to customer management and even sales.
When you switch to timely you get what you require; sure some features would be a dream to have with timely. it just has more pros than cons so would highly recommend it!
The tech support are fantastic and are supper quick to reply and resolve any issues you may have. I've never had an issue with timely support like i have with other systems.
10/10 Timely keep up the great work and keep releasing new updates and features :)
