We have used get set clean for over two years to help with our airbnb rentals when we're on Holiday. They have not let us down once and have always provided a cleaner on time and ensured that our house is ready for our guests or us when we return from holiday. We would recommend them to anyone who are wanting to leave their home in safe hands while they're on holiday.

Get Set Clean has been doing a great job cleaning my house for several months now. After every cleaning, they send pictures to show their work, making everything clear and top-notch. I highly recommend the service.

It’s a big step to let someone into your home. I’ve tried a couple of cleaning services and had things broken or lost and not mentioned.

This one came by recommendation. Unfortunately they sent a young lady who didn’t have enough English to understand instructions fully or to read the cleaning supplies and know which to use. For example, surfaces were being cleaned with Febreeze. Apparently laundry was done without detergent. The shower door is now unusable, and this being broken was not mentioned to me.

I am deeply disappointed in the agency as they clearly do have people who work really well and are consistent, but unfortunately I didn’t meet them.

Also, it would help to my mind to offset the considerable price if there were a Living Wage mark on the website, but at the time of writing there isn’t one of these on the site.

It feels deeply uncomfortable to have had someone come into my home and break things, not do a thorough cleaning job, not be able to communicate, and perhaps be in unfair working conditions due to this agency. Going to request a refund.

We’ve used Get Set Clean for the cleaning of our Airbnb flat for some years now.
The apartment is always cleaned to an immaculate standard and the cleaners are reliable and polite.
They also take last minute cleans on, which is really useful when taking Airbnb bookings.

This company cannot be relied upon. They have recently told me that their cleaners don’t do ironing anymore, yet they’re supposed to be doing Airbnb turnaround cleans. They usually leave about an hour early, sending you pictures of a bunch of stuff that hasn’t been done and saying there’s no time left to do what was asked. Recently, I asked them to wash the mattress protector and put it back on with the clean bedding I had provided, and they text me 30 mins before the cleaner is due to leave saying that the mattress protector is wet and please could I advise. They were good when we first used them but it’s got progressively worse in the recent months. I can’t trust them anymore. Also noticed there are no reviews since 2021… so disappointing.

We have been using Get Set Clean for three years now and are very happy with them. The cleaners are all very reliable (we particularly like our current cleaner Alina) and the administration is extremely efficient and helpful.

These lot have been great! Sometimes, things happen and either they or I have to cancel, but that's normal. For the most part, whomever they send does a good job. Granted, there are a few bits here and there that get looked over, but again, that's normal. I like them a lot.

We have had nothing but great service from the team from the very beginning. Communication is polite and clear. We have great continuity of cleaners all of whom are so lovely and clean really well, but equally they are great at covering holiday. Recommend very highly.
