Get Set Clean Omdömen 

I sought help from Get Set Clean when I’d had major surgery and my usual cleaner was on holiday. I can honestly say that they have exceeded my expectations. The online booking process was quick and simple, I received confirmation almost straight away and the cleaner allocated to me was excellent. I really can not recommend this company highly enough and will definitely be using them again.

I have used other cleaning providers in London and have felt let down by the quality of the cleans however the GetSetClean cleaners always leave the flat spotless. The customer services are always on hand, and respond quickly, when I need to change the day/time.

Excellent service, proactive, professional and extremely reliable. Helpful and friendly. They are brilliant.

After going through several other cleaning & linen companies for my AirBNB flat, GetSetClean has been a breath of fresh air. The cleaning is good and they are RELIABLE. So far, always turning up on time, getting the cleaning done and the linen in without fail. A huge weight off my mind after many failures of other companies that caused a lot of stress. The communication via their app (where you can track exactly where the cleaner is) and the central team on whatsapp is excellent, and any minor problems have been quickly sorted out. Highly recommended to other hosts.

Our usual cleaner with Get Set Clean is outstanding (one of the few cleaners I've ever encountered - well, one of two? - who is as compulsive about cleaning as I am). She is extremely thorough and actually has needed reassuring that the fact that she can't get our flat as clean as she would like is ok. (We are in the middle of massive building works and constantly coated in dust.)
She was on a well-deserved holiday so GSC sent two substitutes - and for extra time - because the flat was so exceptionally dusty and needed a complete clean to get it out of all the nooks and crannies. (The builders had left the doors to the bedrooms open while we were away - so loads of extra dust had got in.) The cleaners who were sent were miracle workers. The flat was cleaner than I'd imagined possible.
Oh, and the office is extremely accommodating and helpful as well.

Excellent one-off house clean from pleasant and very thorough worker. Worth every penny!

Excellent service. Very responsive, very reliable. Have been using Get Set Clean for years now in several flats and would highly recommend them.

Extremely shady company. Do not give them your card details!! I left my old flat and contacted them to cancel the fortnightly clean in November 2018. Two months later I was contacted by the new tenants to tell me a cleaner his turned up randomly, so I called them again alarmed to tell them to remove my details. I've twice since received emails saying they've been trying to take payments from my card for other cleans!!
Luckily I've had a new card since then or I'd have been charged for cleaning at a flat I no longer live in!
Don't trust them, Its extremely shading and alarming that they're ignoring my requests to cancel this/remove my details

We've been using this company for a few months, 2.5 - 3 hr cleans every fortnight. The first 4 or so cleans were fantastic and the cleaners were of a very high standard. However recently we've noticed the standard has deteriorated with harder to reach areas being missed. I fed back and a different cleaner was sent, however today I've had to redo the vacuuming and mop greasy residue off the floors. We've cancelled our regular clean as I can do it myself for the next month or so - not sure if we'll use them again though.

Great cleaning service. Flexible and efficient

Get Set Clean (and Tatiana in particular) are firdt class. Always a brilliant job, happy to rearrange bookings around my diary, and a grest price. Very highly recommended.

Some good things but could do better

Based on reviews, I have tried Get Set Clean over the past 2 weeks, there are positive things about the company and I may just have been unlucky, but will not be using their services going forward.

Positives:
- They went through a lot of effort to send a cleaner at a time that suited my work schedule for the first clean
- the cleaner was nice, on time, and did a great job
- their website is easy to use
- once an issue happened the following week (see below), they were very apologetic and responsive by the phone and email

Negatives:
- I was not told that the cleaner that was sent to me for the first time would not be providing the service going forward, so I explained things in detail and was planning to give my keys from the second clean. I learnt only after the first clean was completed that I would have a different cleaner going forward- Had I been warned, I would have rather waited and got the same cleaner from the first time to be able to explain things only once, take time off work to be present only once etc
- I asked if there was any way for me to stick to the initial cleaner but was told that it was not possible, which i can understand, and given assurance that the next cleaner would come on the day/time agreed. I followed up by sending directions for the cleaner through the website.
- in spite of the assurance received from the company and the exchanges by emails and through the website, the cleaner didn't show up on the day. I lost 2h of work waiting and having to come back early to clean as I had guests arriving in the evening.

All in all, I may have been unlucky and I think that if you can get the right cleaner from the first time, the company may actually be good. However for me a 50% no turn up rate out of two cleaning sessions, whatever the reason, is not OK so I have decided to switch company.

I have been using GetSetClean for over 7 years. Great company and great cleaners and very affordable.

I had Bianca most recently (previously Viviana). Both did an excellent job and this is a highly recommended reliable company.

Anna was wonderful she cleaned the house just as I would and was very polite.
I look forward to having her back every two weeks.
I love using Get set clean as they are always accommodating and helpful for any requests I have had.
